From walking in the door to leaving after our stay we felt welcomed and beautifully looked after by smiling friendly staff. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet, a lovely swimming pool and good but small gym. Coffee and cakes are served at all times and are made in the kitchen. The cappuccino is great! The sports bar serves drinks in a darkened room which is very atmospheric and offers good value deals on drinks.

I conducted my daughter's wedding reception at the hotel. We had about 500 guests. Right from the start, the professionalism shown by the managers and the banquet staff was amazing, leading up to the event, which was managed perfectly in every way. The food was outstanding, the cooperation given to the various vendors to carry out their tasks and the courtesy shown to all my guests, won a lot of praise from them. I received many congratulatory messages, all because of the hotel managers and their staff. Thank You for making the event a grand success.

Stayed for a few nights and they were very friendly and helpful. Was very accommodating to my food allergy where the chef came out and spoke to me about it. Everyone there really wanted to help and make sure the stay was enjoyable. The amenities were very good. Always provided extra water bottles when requested. The staff was attentive and helped with anything we needed. We used the laundry service and while it is a little pricey, the clothes were well cleaned and folded. Rooms were always kept clean and had a wide breakfast selection.

This is the first time we are staying with this new hotel situated in Palarivattom . Its a well maintained hotel with a reasonable rates for accommodation & food . Staff at this hotel was really awesome especially team front office was really helpful they were very polite & welcoming. Sachin , Akshay , Jiliya all are couple of people which give us a good experience throughout our stay .

We had a pleasant time at Moonsoon Empress, mainly due to the extreme kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who adopted any possible care to make us feel at home.
We also attended an engagement function, which was carefully organised and well planned in all details, with excellent food and nice atmosphere.
The pool area is quiet and very tidy, with good sun exposure all day (from 10 to 17).
We also had the pleasure to indulge with some ayurvedic treatments at the spa.
The room was modern and always sparkling clean, with a really nice view (amazing sunset!).
Special mention to Victoria and the rest of the staff at the Xian Oriental Restaurant, where we had two pleasant and delicious dinners.
Despite being open for a relatively short period of time, this hotel shows great potential!

This is my third stay at the hotel I really appreciate that the property is well maintained with good rooms at affordable pricing, helpful staff , well sanitised and overall had a pleasant stay. I stayed here for 6 nights. It was a nice and wonderful stay. I was allotted a room on 7th floor. A fantastic room. It was clean and well maintained. A view from the room was fantastic. The property has restaurants, bars, swimming pool and a gym. However, during my stay restaurants were not open and the food was served in room including breakfast may be due to pandemic situation. In room dining did not have much options to order. Rooms facing the pool side on higher floor would be better option. Thanks to Mr.Allen and his team for providing me such a nice stay. I would definitely stay here in my next visit.

Upon our arrival at Monsoon Empress we were warmly greeted by Awasthy and Muhammad Rafi.they were both kind enough to get an Uber for us to go shopping.
Later we met Shreejith, warm and obliging, helping us choose local delicacies at breakfast.
Everyone goes out of their way to greet and ask how our day is and if we need anything.
Going to miss their warm smiles. I highly recommend a stay at the Monsoon Empress.

Really enjoyed staying here at Monsoon Empress ! I must say the hospitality was really amazing . Ambience of the restaurants give us a good feel . Our check-in experience at the counter was outstanding there was no delay in getting room upon arrival . The front office team receive us with a warm smile . A welcome drink and snack bite was offer upon arrival which make us more relax after a long drive. Thanks to Sachin & Team for ensuring my stay went very well and for inviting us on the special theme dinner happened on Valentine's day .
