We stayed at Tissas’s Inn following 9 days of traveling around Northern India. What a gem of a hotel. The hotel is absolutely spotless and our bedroom was extremely tidy & clean. An added bonus is the pool and sun terrace on the roof. A lovely place to sit and relax. Compared to Delhi, Fort Kochi is positively quiet! We ate in the hotel and the food ( the chef is also the owner) was delicious! If you’re staying in Fort Kochi, stay here!

The staff were just so amazing - including a spectacular dinner cooked off menu by the chef! Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is perfectly located for an explore - close but not too close to the hustle and bustle. I stupidly forgot our yoga matts and the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful in helping deliver them to our next hotel Top marks all round

What a nice stay we had! The rooms and premises are nice, the swimming pool it’s very convenient after walking around Fort Kochi. The breakfast was very tasty too. And the staff, they are so profesional and nice. Sanitha and her wonderful team took care of us and they were very patience. We will be back

Quality of service to be proud of. All the receptionists were always on hand to give supportive advice. Best hotel in Fort Kochi. (Will look at your allergy needs etc). Excellent food. Lots of wild life can be seen from the roof top.

I had a wonderful stay at Tissa's Inn to see the Kochi Biennale in Feb 2023. It turned out to be a " home away from home" The staff Sanitha and Christina are very warm and friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. As per my request, they sent me a vehicle to and from the airport. The driver Manoj was very helpful and polite and was even kind enough to stop on the way from the airport for me to have a quick dosa and coffee. At Tissa's Inn during my stay, Chef Biju cooked lovely Vegetarian food as per my requirements, he gave me a different menu everyday and plated it so nicely. I would highly recommend Tissa's Inn and also it will be my " go to" place in future for more holidays😊

we just got back from a Kerala trip- we started the Cochin section with our first night in Tissas Inn, and then returned about 2 weeks later to spend our last night there. from our original day of booking- I had such amazing correspondence with the staff. Sanitha was in touch with me helping me with advice and houseboat options. a great welcome before we had even arrived. It was my birthday one the day they had organised a driver to collect us from the houseboat, and they sent him with flowers for me, and then facetimed me to wish me happy birthday! how lovely was that:) on our return to Cochin, on our final night- they let us have a late checkout for a very late departure which was super kind and appreciated. They have an excellent chef, and I really recommend you eat at least one of your dinners there- there's no view from the dining area, but the food is really really good. Best allapey fish curry we had during the trip! such a lovely place to stay- I would definitely go back and we were very happy to have discovered it.…

Room: very clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable mattress, powerful AC. Location: central, conveniently within walking distance of lots of sights, museums, shopping, and good restaurants. Amenities: rooftop lounge area + pool which was nice for relaxing in the hot afternoons Restaurant: we tried many highly rated restaurants in Kochi and hands down the best Kerala style curries I had were at Tissas. I especially recommend the Kerala Fish Curry and Prawns Curry. The chef is really nice and clearly takes pride in his work. Service: this is where Tissa’s really shines. All of the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help with anything you need. We booked taxis, dance/music performances, and a backwater day trip - all were top quality and reasonably priced. Sanitha the manager is an absolute gem. My wife and I were traveling with our 3 month old. We arrived via train at 5 am but our checkin was not until the afternoon. Sanitha woke up early and called 10+ other hotels to find us a place to crash until checkin and bargained on our behalf to get nearly 50% off. When our outbound train was canceled last minute she called her friends at Indian Railways to understand the situation and helped us find a new train. When she saw that my wife and I were having trouble eating because our daughter was fussing, Sanitha held her so we could finish our meal. By the end of our stay I would’ve trusted her with anything. We made a last minute change to this hotel and we are so happy with the decision. This place should be rated 5 star. The people, food and rooms are all beautiful. The ladies at the desk are so warm and helpful, and thank you to Suraj for your help. The hotel is in a great location, and we felt very safe walking everywhere/getting a quick tuk tuk. Highly recommend this place for singles and families, young and old 🥰

I was in Tissa’s Inn with my wife and our 8-year-old daughter. The hotel has a great location, clean architecture and striking décor. It is tastefully decorated with antique artifacts and furniture, giving it a rich heritage environment. The owners are antique dealers and their excellent taste can be seen throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and they gave us high quality but authentic service. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were great to start our day or cool off and relax after a long day, sightseeing. Chef Biju’s Keralan dishes for breakfast were very tasty, unfortunately due to our short stay we didn’t get to enjoy his seafood specials. Ms. Sanitha the manager arranged a cake for our daughter’s birthday and the whole Tissa team sang her Happy Birthday. It was such a pleasant surprise and our daughter was so happy. Tissa Inn and Fort Kochi both left us with such a memorable experience that we will cherish for a long time.…
