This is a lovely hotel. Rooms are clean, well kept and spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel itself is well placed in the older part of the city and close to many places of interest. The staff were very attentive and happy to help in whatever way they could. The only negatives were lack of any view, inconsistent warm water...

Wonderful boutique hotel with excellent staff. Large comfortable rooms with large bathrooms with shower only facilities. No fridge in room. Small rooftop area with a swimming pool that allows for a refreshing break after a day out. Location of the hotel: within walking distance to major attractions in the Fort Cochi area. Numerous tuk tuks also ply the area. The hotel...

While the hotel is spacious and nicely decorated and the staff friendly enough we felt disappointed by our stay. This was by far and away the most expensive hotel (2x - 5x the price of others) we stayed in during our trip so we had high hopes given the level of service and amenities we'd received elsewhere. However we felt...

My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Fort Cochin, in large part due to the wonderful staff at Tissa's Inn. The front staff of Christina, Sanitha and Antif went out of their way to arrange tours, massages and even movie selections at a nearby theatre! They helped us arrange transportation and ensure that we safely navigated the train...

Stayed here for two nights to end our trip. Great location with shops nearby and tuk tuks available to take you anywhere! Rooms were OK but shower was cold and did not drain well. Breakfast also average - would have been nicer to have at least a semi-buffet breakfast as everything was to order. The restauarnt also didn't have all...

We stayed at Tissa's for a week in December 2016. The location is excellent, the rooftop pool is a lovely place to read and relax, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, what sets Tissa's Inn apart are the exceptional staff. When one of our group became ill, every member of the staff went out of their way to...

The hotel was very well maintained. The staff were exemplary and ever willing to please and ensure a comfortable stay. It felt almost a home away from home. The food at the restaurant was good quality. The breakfast on the house was great too !! I would recommend to any one looking for a boutique hotel in Cochin. Well done...

I have stayed here earlier too. I really like the hotel, location is good in the sense of being very central. The rooms are good too with antique decorations all around. We did not get hot water in the bathroom when we were there- but were told that they would remedy this ( solar heating not working-it rained that day)....

Stayed here because it had such good reviews on Trip Advisor, but was a bit disappointed. The room was nice, but had no view and you couldn't really open the curtains because it backed on to a road, that was also really noisy. The food was good and there was very friendly service. The pool was OK but not very...
