We highly recommend Hana's Haven. We enjoyed the family atmosphere and the staff was really helpful and hospitable. Hana's Haven is definitly the cleanest place we had a chance to stay in India. The location is great - all the main attractions are in walking distance. The bus station (including the airport bus) is reachable within 5 minutes. If you...

The owners are very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and confortable. Can have dinner or a tea across the road at the Tibetan Kitchen. Location very handy, close to the sea, the bus stand, Sant Cruz Basilica and the Indian area.

Herman's establishment was recommended to us by friends who had been there months ago. We contacted by email and he was very responsive. When we arrived he and his family were very warm and welcoming. He helped with, or arranged many of our side trips. His was the least expensive place we stayed on our trip, by far - yet...

The owners of Hana's Haven truly treat you like family and make you feel warm and at home. Herman is authentic, honest and is eager to share his advice and experiences (travel related or otherwise). He is personable and looks for ways to help you in any way he can. The guesthouse itself is clean, comfortable and is away from...

Hanna's Haven is an excellent value place to stay in Fort Kochi. The rooms are basic but they are a good size, are maintained to a good standard and are clean. The sounds from the school are only for a limited time during the day-normal school hours-and are not at all intrusive. The communal area is an absolute bonus, together...

Hana's place is a good place where to stay in Cochin. Its rooms are clean and spacious. The owner is a very frendly man that can give you good suggestions about what to do in Cochin. The only problem, and it is not a small problem, is the location. The homestay is located just opposite the main school of Cochin...

We found a home stay in a quiet location off the main drag. The room is very clean, big and cheap, but that wasn’t the reason we chose this place. It was the buzz from smiles, laughter and welcoming arms. For 300 rupees a night we got more than we could ever dream of. We spent many hours hanging out...

“You can hear noise very easily between the two bottom bedrooms, so I would suspect an upper room would be more quiet and preferable. Also easier access to the living/kitchen area for guests.”
