Stay at Artiste was a pleasant experience. Though a toddler was with us, the staff made us quite comfortable and at home. The room was spacious enough to accommodate a family, with an incredible view of the Kochi backwater. The shower cabin was impressive. Housekeeping ensured the room was spick and span, and it was so good we would crave such a team at home also. Restaurant: breakfast was much better compared to dinner. The staff at the restaurant was warm and friendly, and our toddler loved them all. They made special dosas and pancakes for her. The gesture is much appreciated. Forum Mall is attached to the hotel, so you can walk in and out of the mall anytime—a significant advantage when traveling with kids. Few drawbacks : Mosquitos: This is something you get in return for the breathtaking views and fresh air Finger-unfriendly doors: A huge and heavy sliding door separates the room from the shower area; fingers can get stuck there, and a small beading may help. Even the wardrobe doors are finger-unfriendly. Swimming pool: Heavily chlorinated; couldn't use it for more than a few minutes. Water quality and bacteria levels also need to be checked.
But it was such a delightful staycation. I will stay here next time. I already recommended the place to a few friends.

The food was good and great service from the employees (especially Anandu and Saina😊). Excellent atmosphere!!!!!! The buffet spread features a variety of options catering to different dietary preferences. From fresh salads and appetizers to hearty main courses and decadent desserts, the food is consistently flavorful and well-prepared. Dishes are replenished regularly, ensuring freshness throughout the meal.

I've had a best stay at The Artiste, Kochi. We went as a family for a 2 nights stay and the service & assistance from all the hotel staffs were top notch. They're always there to assist you. We also had a breakfast there, which was also very tasty and with some authentic Kerala style dishes. Chef was very kind enough to prepare favourite food for the kid as well. In addition to all these, the hotel's design was very artistic with a very spacious room with balcony. You can access the Forum mall directly from the hotel which was very comfortable for us. Overall, I'd love to visit the property again in the future!

There is no lounge or bar as stated online or on the Marriott bonvoy app. The food is below par for being a Marriott; clearly some of the food is just being reheated for a few days. My worst experience was when the owner of the hotel was there; at that time the employees and manager were pleasing him; rather than taking care of the guests. There is a fluctuation in the water temperature in the shower. I am not sure how this hotel can qualify as a Marriott Bonvoy with only 32 room and below subpar facilities than any Marriott hotel in Kochi. I would stay at any other Marriott in Kochi at the same price and get more benefits; comfort and service. As a platinum member, there are no offerings that this hotel can provide. During this trip we stayed a week at the Le Meridian and it had 4-5 times better service and food than this hotel. The breakfast buffet itself at the Le Meridian was 4 times bigger and fresh food than this hotel. 6 months back we had stayed at the four points Sheraton and it was also way better than this hotel. I hope the hotel seriously makes some changes and serve the guest better in the future and not just take care of the owner. The only mantra to a successful business is “Guests first”. As we say in India “Athithi devo bhava “.

I have celebrated my dad’s birthday here. The stay was really comfortable and the service was also good. Balcony is thoughtfully covered and the night view is really good. There will be the traffic noise at the peak covers which I do not personally like. If you’re inside the room without opening the balcony that noise won’t disturb much. I would recommend this place for a getaway with your family. If you love shopping, this will be the best place because the property is attached with the shopping mall. The room service staff as well as the other staff in the shopping mall were really friendly and welcoming. The property has the artistic elements which we can enjoy. We have liked the stay very well especially my parents liked the hospitality as well as the aesthetics of the property. Thank you Jason and team for making that day memorable.

The Artiste, was beyond our expectations! A modern, vibrant, chic Art hotel in Kochi is a must for any traveler to experience a cosy atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, Anu at reception gave us a warm welcome to our home for the next days. The Staff have been groomed for hospitality, fulfilling every request. A young, team who have become family, are geared up to support, inspire & motivate each other. It was wonderful to hear positive narratives from young staff about the opportunities given to them by Management of this establishment especially Kumar. We had engaging & meaningful conversations with George, Tina, Jithu, Sidath, Angel and Abish during our bfast & dinners at their Wholesome restaurant. George concocted his very own creations of Mocktails and not forgetting his delectable masala tea, while Abish and his Team of Chefs gave us a gastronomical experience that transported us straight back to our Grandma's kitchen. Mr Sharma, the GM, made time to check in with us regarding our stay, (not heard of at hotel stays)! It was not easy to leave so our decision to extend was an easy one! We felt refreshed & energized and as Anu waved us goodbye, little did she know that we are already looking forward to our next return! Hotel was new, rooms were really nice and balcony was the best part. Staff was also nice however the management wasn’t great in making customer happy. One example was, I wanted to warm my food so I asked the desk and they were sure so I called the hotel restaurant. There was lot of back and forth and I wasted my 30 mins and they didn’t let me warm food. I ended up eating cold food in the end. Hotel staff didn’t communicate about charges that were applied for making the local calls from the hotel. They just charged me and it wasn’t until I checked out and saw the statement when I found out. It was just little things that was inconvenient. Housekeepers were nice and breakfast staff was very nice as well.

I celebrated my mother's 60th birthday at the Artiste on 25th May 2024. It was a great experience.
We were able to bring the birthday cake from outside (of course we informed them about it and got permission a week ago). Thank you, Artiste for the permission.
The ambiance of this restaurant is fantastic! Also, this restaurant has ample space, hence we never felt overcrowded.
We had a dinner buffet at Artiste. The food here is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the pasta and grilled chicken.
The staff here truly cares about their guests. They were attentive, courteous, and polite. Especially the manager and front desk.
