Disappointed hotel insisted we pay twice for drinks from bar. The staff in the bar and reception on departure did not know what they were doing. Make sure you keep all your receipts. It was a very unpleasant experience and on this basis would not recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing family time at this hotel. The staff here is very courteous and polite. Sachin and Jino made sure the housekeeping met the highest standards. They were also kind enough to leave positive notes which shows how they go out of their way and put their heart into making the stay a delight for their guests. The location of the hotel is a ideal for some peaceful time. You can walk up to the edge of the backwaters to watch the sunset or take a stroll along the banked shore. The rooms are spacious enough and the amenities like the swimming pool, restaurant are all well maintained. The also have a seafood restaurant which you must visit. Overall we had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit here again. 😊

A very warm staff which goes out of the way to keep you happy. The reception, housekeeping, and domestic staff all work cohesively to ensure happy stay . For the cost , the location and service is very nice . The gym needs a minor uplift - but is perfectly adequate . Thank you .

This hotel is really nice : wonderful restaurant with an excellent multi origins breakfast (even Kimchi 🇰🇷🍯🌿), great pool and only 10-minutes far from Fort Kochi. I recommend and Aleesha is really kind. Thanks for all.

Cochin's Great Hospitality team is at CGH starting from the reception coming to the restaurant to the room service everything was exuberant.We definitely felt home and they made a very cozy cute arrangements for our lil girl's birthday that those beautiful moments stays in our heart forever. The food is beyond excellent and their hospitality too, the team in the restaurant was all with smiling face to our needs. Such a pleasant stay. Thank you Aleesha for taking such a good care.

Stayed here for 2 days. The reception staff were very friendly and the restaurant staff especially the female manager was exceptional. The food was amazing, delicious and fresh. Everything about this hotel was brilliant. Thank you for making our stay extra special ❣️

This hotel ticks all the boxes . I have stayed at a number of hotels in Kochi but the service experience you receive at this perticular hotel is unbeatable . All the staffs are welcoming , Warm & helpful you will never short of finding assistance . The hotel offers great food & a fabulous pool area . The breakfast served at the restaurant was opulent with a lit of options . Athulya , Francis , Ambrose & Jino constantly toiling for their guests with a smile & really take note of minute details to keep the guests so comfortable . Alisha & Prathiba from the front desk is always on the ground looking to every aspect of guest requirements they were so extra alert that they want to go that extra mile for the guests . A big thank you from the bottom of my heart to all . I appreciate all that you do for your guests . Best wishes for 2023 ! Will be back sooner than you think .....…
