We stayed at Koder House for two nights at the end of a month in Kerala. Although we arrived very early our room was ready, checking in was quick and our bags taken to our room. The room was huge with the beds, a desk and chair, two armchairs and a coffee table and a round table by the door....

This a heritage building which showcases colonial architecture and decor. Located in front of the sea this place is a prominent attraction of Fort Cochin. Calm, serene and peaceful, You will enjoy every bit of your stay at this place. The past is preserved so well respecting the character and architecture of the building. We found Koder House completely by accident while searching for a cold beer after shopping in Kochi's Prince's street. Attracted by the extent and variety of dishes on the menu we subsequently returned with friends for dinner on two occasions and were not disappointed.

This is a lovely, old hotel. The rooms are large with high ceilings and wooden floors. we were greeted with a delicious lime juice. For breakfast they were very accommodating and willing to make us anything we fancied, Western or Indian. Wifi is available in the common area, but it's a bit spotty. Wonderful and relatively quiet location near the...

This was a great place for a weekend stay in Fort Kochi area. It is located in the middle of shops and restaurants. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable. AC and fans in all rooms worked so well! Very accommodating staff. Loved our stay here.

I would suggest everyone who is traveling to Cochin must have beer in this place and then have food in one of those Street side open restaurants in fort Kochi. This place is nice in the evening. The ambience is awesome. I haven't had food but had only beer since I wanted to save my stomach for the seafood cooked...

I have stopped in the hotel for one night and I was amazed by the level of service. We were waiting for hours (literally) to get some tea in our room. Finally we got something different. The hotel itself is a very strange place because there are tons of people who are trying to open your room door. I spend...

Although my family has a lot of ties to Cochin city, this was the first time in more than a few years that we decided to go back and check out the fort cochin scene. My family has personally known the Koder family which used to occupy the red bricked mansion. Koder and his sister (of Jewish ancestry) moved to...

We made last minute accommodation switch to the Koder House due to some booking issues. We were so happy with the upgrade . The location is great. Walking distance to many shops and sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful. We stayed with 2 other families. The twin beds were small but they happily accommodated us...

Koder house is an old hotel which I believe should be atleast a century old. Ms Praveena who owns this building runs it as a hotel. We went to have dinner and we had sea food. The food and service was very good.
