A fantastic place to visit Kochin from. Great hospitality, wonderful rooms and superb location. Satisfaction guaranteed. We stayed one night, four adults and seven children, and would have loved to stay longer. No swimming pool, but everything else!

Coming from Chennai , accom in fort cochin is pricey.Anns residency was resonably priced. Room was a bit dated but comfortable. It felt like we were visiting a relative.Mr Leslie and his staff looked after us well. Within walking distance to all fort cochin attractions.

Our room was compact (room 8) but this was reflected in price and totally ample for use. It also had mosquito nets - essential though we didn't have a problem in our room as air con also is a deterrent. Bathroom was large and very clean. Service by host was attentive and friendly. Currently there are lots of electricity cuts...

This was a nice spot to relax in after the day's activities and we were able to enjoy the air-conditioning in our room, free WiFi and choice of Tuborg beer or gin & tonic. The dinners and breakfasts were also quite good. No problem recommending this lodging, close to good restaurants and local attractions.

Stayed here for two nights in January 2013 and it was simply very good. Clean, nice room, good restaurant, very quiet neighborhood and best of all, a very, very caring managment that gives you that little extra you never get in a lagre hotel!

i booked this homestay after looking at trip advisor ratings. The location is excellent and the rooms small but neat and tidy. The only problem is vegetarian food availability. For breakfast only bread is there or eggs if u r an eggiterian. For dinner also no choice. however there are restaurants within walking distance so the problem solved.

We only stayed one night at Ann's Residency but we were glad we did, we only wish we had been able to stay longer. Mr Leslie and his wife were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. It became apparent that they could have arranged anything we wanted including trips, short & long to the backwaters, Munnar and...

You couldn't ask for a better host in Mr Leslie, always there and so helpful. Great breakfast and I highly recommend the fish & chips. Rooms were nice & clean and mossie nets over beds and AC working. Power cuts are frequent and his generator is excellent at keeping the lights on, without it you will be in the dark!...
