The Old Harbour Hotel was were we stayed for the last few nights of our busy tour of India. The management team were excellent and very helpful, and the staff in the restaurant were professional and friendly. Even the chef chatted to us and was clearly delighted that we enjoyed his food so much. We ate in the courtyard restaurant...

A stunning hotel. We stayed in the Palace Suite and it was beautiful. We had exceptional service throughout our short stay and enjoyed live music in the evenings. I would recommend rooftop yoga followed by a morning swim!

One of the best evenings spent in Kochi. Wonderful ambience, it was a lovely refuge after the heat and dust of the day. For a city person like me it was a treat to be able to sit outside and enjoy the garden with live music and minimal lighting. There is the minor irritant, the mosquito but that too was...

We have travelled in Kerala many times, and always the Old Harbour Hotel is a treat, usually at the end of our journeys. It is a beautiful, calm oasis after long travels and we feel very at home there; a wonderful place to relax. In particular the staff are welcoming, kind, helpful, and courteous, and we are grateful for the...

What is most impressive in this hotel is the customer service. The team do all they can to give their clients an enjoyable stay, and sort out any problems straight away. The rooms were delightful, light and spacious. They were almost reminiscent of Hemingway's house in Key West. The food was delicious, the laundry service speedy and efficient. The very...

We've just spent 3 nights at the Old Harbour Hotel. The staff, no matter how picky you're feeling couldn't be faulted. Courteous, helpful and always smiling, they can't do enough for you. Outside shower is fine - we're told that in the rainy season you may share it with tiny frogs, but apart from the occasional fly it was devoid...

We only spent one night here but would happily have stayed longer. Staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive - in arranging a very late checkout when our flight was delayed, some ultra-express laundry and giving us a free meal when the pool had some clarity problems after some rain. Dinner in the garden with traditional live music was very good...

Sukesh Stephenson looked after us really well on our 3 night stay. Well located busy hotel with lovely big rooms and suites. Yoga classes and massages were good and Rakim's cooking the best in Kerala! Only pain was the pool was green and being dosed with chemicals so we couldn't swim! I'd recommend they put up some nets to deter...

A wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff and quite the best restaurant in the area. Don't believe us? We've now been five times with friends who have also enjoyed it and we'll go again!! Don't even look at the hotel near the ferry station!

At the heart of ancient Fort Cochin, Kerala, a place that exudes history and culture, is the 'Old Harbour Hotel.' A 300 year-old building that has for long been a heritage monument of this town, now reopened as a boutique hotel. Built in the Dutch style of architecture with hints of Portuguese influences, it was the first hotel of old Cochin.
