I was there for nearly one month at the Keys hotel. The service of the staff from the manager to the ground level was excellent. If I mentioned them by name, the hotel manager Mr. Manu, stuarts Ms. Annamika, Ms. Jishna, Ms. Shruthi and Mr. Ramesh and also three receptionist Fathima, Priyadarshani and Shoba, they treated us very well. And also hotel it self got good gymnasium too. Overall they have done a good job. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

Like a 3 star , the good points first ...excellent staff and very cooperative front desk ....their head chef Mr.Vinuraj caught all my attention ..always gentle, smile n knows what exactly the need of customer even goes out of the way to prepare special dishes for you , ...he made my stay Worth ... The negative , a very small lobby , I believe it's non air-conditioned or they do not start the AC ...rooms size small with queens Bed , linen quality just acceptable , towels not acceptable, had to request for toiletries... I paid almost Rs.4000 for a night's stay, but I feel it's worth around Rs.2500 ... but a decent n safe 3 star

It was an wonderful experience in this hotel. The crews were very cordial, polite and helpful. Room and room service was good. Food was delicious. Being from another country, I didn’t feel that much difference. Overall it was very good.

The rooms and beds are small and this was the first time I noticed hotel beds without a headboard. However they are comfortable for an overnight stay since we took 2 rooms else 2 adults and 2 kids in a single room could become crowded. Breakfast spread was good and tasty.
