It was one week that we will remember forever. Since the first hour we felt like we could stay for at least 2 weeks if we had more time. The Program is perfect, you really feel that yoga and meditation is for everyone, even when people with different levels are in the same class. Those practices are part of us...

Where to start? I live in London and work 69 hours a week so when I booked 5 days at Mundax I was excited and scared at the same time. Mundax is located in a small village and surrounded of great sights. But you don't even need to move away from Mundax, they have every thing you need. A spacious...

Mundax is one of the best homestays my husband and I have ever been to. The serene location is perfect for a yoga retreat, the ambience awesome. The vegetarian food was excellent and plentiful. The courteous demeanour of our wonderful host Mathew to the point of pampering us made our stay so much more comfortable and memorable. We had mindful...

The room, the food, the location, everything was perfect. I had such a relaxed week. Yoga very slow movements, but so much attention. Matthew is a really good host, unfortunately I haven't met his wife. If you need a week of rest I would really recommend this place

It's a place where you find yourself, discover new things about who and what you are and about taking yoga off the mat and into the real world. At Mundax you are surrounded by nature and the sound of peace. I learnt to unlearn everything I thought I knew and found a new sense of purpose. Mathew was a wonderful...

My husband and I stayed for five days at Mundax homestay yoga retreat in end of october this year, and we absolutely loved it. Loved the whole package! The retreat is a beautiful house in a green and peaceful garden, with lots of birds singing during the days, and frogs and other creatures in the night. We were taken very...

We stayed 4-nights/5days with Matthew at Mundax, and really loved it. My husband had never done a drop of yoga before, and I'd just done a few random classes with friends - this was just what we needed to understand it, ask curious questions, and start finding ways to make a place for it when we go back home. Matthew...

I stayed at Mundax for 6 nights and had a great experience. The house and room are gorgeous and in a lovely location with beautiful gardens full of birds, and tea plantations and lush green hills in the surrounding area. The food was incredible - maybe the best of all our time in Kerala. Mathew was an excellent teacher and...

I came across Mundax whilst researching yoga retreats in Kerala and was instantly sold with it's promise of hatha yoga practices and meditation. At no point was I disappointed. These practices took place in the morning before breakfast and late afternoon before dinner, both taken by Mat who shows such a dedication to his practice that you can't help but...
