For the rates the property is average. Rooms are normal and nothing luxurious for the money that you pay. They do not have any view to any scenic location. At much lesser cost, you can go to Abad and have a better experience. Food is overrated and quality is bad. We ordered a Kerala fish curry and they used frozen...

This hotel is ab fab. It sits high in the hills overlooking the national park - the views are stunning. There is a lovely infinity pool overlooking the hills. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.Food was very good (no alcohol served), An excellent base from which to explore the area.

I would not recommend this Hotel rather this group and you should never give advance payment for the booking of rooms. They are not fair in dealing neither service is guaranteed. I have booked for four nights from 26th Dec 2016 till 30th Dec 2016 at The Elephant Court Thekkady. While the first two nights I enjoyed the stay over...

Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. The location is great, just a short walk along to shops and park's booking office. Food was very good. Good selection at breakfast. The only thing was the bathroom was a little dated and in need of some TLC, and the pool was absolutely freezing!

A good quality hotel with good access to the wildlife park and the local tourist facilities. We enjoyed the food. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast after an early morning safari. Watch out for the monkeys!

This hotel has a very nice setting and we really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and good food. Pool looked nice although we did not have time to enjoy it. We had a spacious room and slept really well. Food was good.

Stayed here in march 2016 along with family. The property is not great but decor was satisfactory with rooms made in traditional kerala style. The room size was adequate , bathroom facilities were also ok. The food taste and quality were good. The hotel seemed costly for the standard and services provided. Still all other things were good.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and it had a lovely atmosphere. Nice big rooms with balcony to enjoy the magnificent views. A short walk from the hotel took you into thekkady so you can easily experience the local life.

We stayed here for two nights... The property is good, well maintained and staff courteous. Unfortunately the hotel got sealed after the first night by federal bank leaving the tourist in a fix with services getting impacted. This implies an unprofessional management who allowed bookings to be done despite being aware of problem brewing... The hotel took full advance for...
