We were there to celebrate my birthday. This was a surprise trip and my birthday gift from my Husband who has planned with Babu(The owner of the resort). The place itself is so calm and serene that a week seemed too little. What we did there: Actually nothing. We had a cottage right at the sea. We will just sit... More

A paradise with friendly, generous staff. Cosy, luxury rooms, big bathroom, AC, wi-fi, good food and a fantastic beach with struggling fishermen every morning. I will return if I can. Miss you all, Babu with team! You made me feel like home!

The perfect place for a totally relaxed stay at paradise beach, away from the hectic cliff. Big, clean and beautiful rooms. Babu and his staff are wonderful, helping out their guests in all kinds of situations. The only drawback is the food, not up to the same standards as the best places on the cliff and comparatively expansive.

Beautiful place located on its own beach - Odayam. The rooms are decorated in traditional Keralan style, well maintained. The food is delicious, and -if you want- served right on the beach in candle light, or in the hotel's loggia. The owner is especially helpful and accommodating, chatting with all customers personally, answering any questions and making arrangements for any... More

I came to know about Varkala itself by chance from one of the travel guide and started exploring resorts and finalized on Palm Tree based on its previous reviews and I was not disappointed. I went with my family of husband and a 2 year old toddler and we had an amazing stay here. First and foremost, the location is... More

Had a wonderful experience at Palm tree resort. Went with my family and furbaby Brownie(the resort is pet friendly). Brownie absolutely loved the stay- swim in the beach, the walks and playing in sand. He was pampered by some of the staff members too. The food was excellent- even the vegetarian options were good. Favourites were grilled prawns, prawns fry,... More

If you love nature and want to have alone time you must check this hotel out. It seems you are on a secluded place far from the noises of the city. The beach is right in front of the room. Amazingly beautiful and clean beach. The water will remind of a foreign beach location. The room has no t.v to... More
