Pros: Simple yet good food. Place is in the middle of nature. So you will enjoy the view around it Calm place for a weekend getaway Very good place if you have good company with you Nice staff that caters to or tries to cater to all the things we need. They even reject it politely Cons: Not so spacious...

On a visit to Pune along with the family, we zeroed upon Teamgarh for a quick weekend getaway. The whole experience was extraordinary. Lush Greenery, beautiful flowers, lovely weather all reminded me of picturesque towns in the Himalayas. The cottages were comfortable and spacious, food delicious and service extremely courteous. The ambience was so calm nd relaxing that one felt...

We went here last weekend with a group of 3 families. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The property is surrounded by nature and is a bliss for those stuck in the concrete jungle and are looking for a break. The food is really good as well. All in all, I highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking...

If you want to go somewhere close to Pune just to relax, then Camp Temgarh is the ideal destination. Barely an hour and a half drive will bring you to almost the middle of nowhere, right in the lap of Nature. Absolutely nothing to do but simply whiling away your time, unwinding to the T. Excellent food and a varied...

It was bad experience for me. It was very hot climate. Basic facility like mineral water, door locking system was not proper. Food was not tasty. It was unhygienic around the dinning area. rooms are very small compared to their chargers. Area for indoor games was too small and it was kept very untidy. There is no proper management for...

It's quite a good place to spend an extended weekend in. We visited this place during monsoon in the weekend of Independence Day. The food is about average but the surroundings are scenic, with beautiful cottages set in rosemary bushes. However, the cottage had been freshly painted before we checked in and therefore it reeked of paint. Despite our repeated...

I recently visited this place & found its not worth to visit. Not even in rainy season. Nothing is there to see. No plenty of trees surroundings. Got irritated because of loud music coming from surrounding villages (though it was not any special day). Water quality they served was non hygienic. Food was below average quality. The price per stay...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
30 kms from Pune along a winding road amidst gathering clouds - tucked away in a little village is Camp Temgarh. A place with a hill that doesn't have a name and a river the name of which is not important. With elegantly furnished cozy cottages where comfort is not compromised upon, gracefully merging into the rustic milieu, and open spaces - a welcome respite from the cities, Camp Temgarh is an offbeat holiday resort that opens you up to simple pleasures of life. We like to call it the 'Farmhouse experience'. ... more   less
