This hotel was one of the friendliest we're we stayed in our hole journey. The rooms are big and clean, and our bathroom was very nice and had warm water. The staff was really helpful. The absolute best about Pol Haveli is the roof top though. You could chill there forever reading, playing cards,... Also they serve absolutely wonderful food....

After travelling through from New Delhi, via Mathura, Jaipur, Jodphur, city life was becoming taxing and I was missing the India I longed to see. Arriving in Jaisalmer was a joy. We were met from the bus and taken to Pol Haveli as if we were family. A warm welcome and happy smiling faces all round. The staff were friendly,...

Beautiful rooms with hot shower and comfortable beds. I recommend taking the room where the bed goes between the windows on three sides. Also very friendly owner and chef (Manu & Khan). And, one of the best rooftop views from their restaurant.

I think Pol Haveli was outstanding from all the hotel B&B's I have visited in India and I dig through reviews (being a compulsive reader) so we normally have very good experiences wherever we visit. We were a company of 4 me, my husband and my parents as I wanted to show them Rajasthan. My family is a bit 'Modern...

Lovely traditional haveli. We were a party of three myself, my son and his girlfried We had booked last two rooms available for our 2 night stay. So one was only a standard room and I would have preferred better. This did not spoil our stay. We were on the ground floor which was noisy in the daytime but at...

Fabulous heritage look of Jaisalmer(Or say Rajasthan) can be experienced from outside the hotel as well inside the rooms from nicely designed Jharokhas. Roof top restaurant is awesome with delicious food and service. Hospitality of owner and staff of the hotel is appreciable. We strongly recommend stay in this hotel within affordable budget.
