I did not see any lift here, only stairs. from memory there are 4 floors and dining is on the roof (a fifth floor). they do offer to bring dinner to the ground floor if you ask, but I am unsure if they have any rooms on the... More

The streets are very narrow, only tuk tuks can just get through at times. May have to see if there is parking further out of the city. Most accommodations will have the same issue in this area. However it is a wonderful... More
