I chose to stay at Tea nest during recent visit with my family. I had already read reviews and was having a high expectation regarding the place. And I was not wrong. Indeed a serene , beautiful place to stay with awesome views. Just in the midst of picturesque tea estates, Tea nest is fascinating place. We stayed in the...

Tea Nest is a lovely home stay sort of resort with an attached tea garden. Located in the midst of tea estates of the Nilgiri hills in Tamil Nadu, it has a pleasing, restful ambience. The eight or so rooms are well appointed and are looked after by the most courteous and helpful staff who take care of guests' every...

It is a decent place to stay.Friendly staff. Clean rooms.Only problem we had was non availability of staff in the reception and hence a lot of waiting time to get something done.Otherwise, everything else was great.Beautiful scenery as well.Special mention for the food , lipsmacking and reasonably priced.

We stayed in the Lemon grass room(Not Lemon). The room had 2 bed rooms and a living room which makes it ideal for a family of 3-4. The bath tub in the bathroom was cracked at places and water pools up a little, which was the only issue we had with the room. It has a fire place and library...

First of all, i regret i stayed for just one day here. It was a very calm, pleasant surroundings, all green, unpolluted air, no noise. well what can i say. This is a property that was leased from the estate and remodeled into a staying place. thats what makes this place special, right in the middle of the tea estate....

We stayed with our 8-month-old daughter in Tea Nest Annexe in the Rosemary room. The room was basic but brings back old world charm and the view was great, especially at sunrise. Having a sumptuous breakfast in the front lawn in the cold breeze with the warmth of the morning sun was perhaps the best breakfast experience we ever had....

We stayed in Chamomile Room which is the best room away from the reception and the other rooms and is having a private sit out. Food and service was good. Hotel is away from the Coonoor town and hence you require a vehicle. They have very good parking area. Auto charge Rs 180 to Coonoor railway station.
