This is not as such Hotel, but kind of a stand alone bungalow which they opened for commercial purpose. Nearby locality is good, parking was good provided there is lot of parking problem in Ooty. It's not so far from tourist attractions. There was no proper staff only one person was available and he was over burdened.Cost was on higher...

Last Eid ul fitr, my brother & I decided to take the family to a Hill Station since we assembled in Bangalore. We carefully chose Regency Villas and drove down from Bangalore, via Mysore and the adventurous jungles of Bandipur Tiger Reserve; which was a shorter route to Ooty with N number of Hairpin bends and view of beautiful nilgiris...

This property is an old property of heritage value. The property spread over 50 acres belongs to the erstwhile Maharaja of Mysore, The Wadeyars, The location of the hotel is excellent but has not been managed properly and is a clear example of poor management.
