Built by the British - Lauries was the only class hotel in Agra. I had stayed there decades ago. Its huge. Large rooms. Massive gardens. Antique furniture. Rooms are clean and good size. Staff very polite and helpful. Location is good. I stayed there for a day and was satisfied as today its a huge heritage hotel. Donth expect much...

while looking for options for my sister wedding, came across this hotel. it has a big garden, old building with rooms. however the maintenance is not upto the mark. i would suggest its a wonderful option if you are looking for something in teh city otherwise there are better ones too for staying/partying etc.

Very Old Hotel with Very limited amenities, Gives a Feeling of a Dak Bunglow, Located in the Hustle bustle of the City. People looking for Huge rooms at Cheaper Rates may prefer to go & stay at this place

Rooms are clean and good size. Staffs were helpful. Location is average, noting is at walking distance, you will have to take a taxi but not too far either. I would say its a clean and good budget hotel . good hotel we enjoyed our stay

This is one of the most bizzare places I have ever stayed in.Its a hangover from the days of the Raj,but not a scrap of maintainance has been done since they left. The place is huge with all the rooms opening out onto a spacious unkept lawn.We were the only guests in a place that seemed to have an infinite number...

I agree this place has potential. It could be amazing. It could be grand - a historical oasis with a pool, a restaurant, and peacocks strolling around. It has potential for all that. Alas, it is not currently these things. The pros: It was very inexpensive at about $18 night. I imagine it was much quieter and cleaner than staying...

We stayed in this hotel when going to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. It was away from the hussle and bussle, with a lovely garden. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel it is a bit tired, but clean and the room was spacious. For the price it is great.

We stayed there for one night and the experience was horrible. The whole hotel is completely deserted, with almost no furniture left. We were the only guests in the hotel, and there was a staff of 2. The room was dirty and we found a huge lizard in our room. It was also very noisy because of the constant horning...

When I booked the hotel, I was in a doubt whether I took the correct decision or not, since I didnt find enough good reviews for the hotel. But, all went well, even if I have to say, it exceeded my expectation. It was just like we lived in english period when we stayed @ this hotel. Frankly saying, we...
