Our initial amazement at the size and beauty of this hotel was marred somewhat by some unpleasant experiences. 1. Hot water was regularly absent and although assistance was quick and courteous, the advice to leave the water running for 10 mins yielded little more than lukewarm water after 20 and 2. Both myself and friend spent the night vomiting after...

Went with family on our first anniversary. Hospitality was awesome. Had some glitch in the room we stayed in but overall a good place to stay at Agra. Taj Mahal was nearby. The staff took good care of my 1 year old kid and there was attention to detail.

We refused the room we were offered as it smelled of damp. The bathroom was leaking and as windows don't open there was no way for the staff to air the rooms. We were found another room. Dining experiences were mixed. Beef? and chicken were uncooked and sent back. We stuck to veg after that. A vast palace of a...

This is really a grand setup with an impressive reception area, sprawling gardens and a maze of ponds and waterways with fountains which are lighted at night, within its big compound. Around these beautiful gardens are six evenly spread-out courts each having a cluster of more than fifteen rooms if I’m not wrong. Ours had eighteen. The reception lobby was...

Staff very friendly, brown water coming out of sink and bath in room and also cold water. Food ok, although a little slow. Nice well maintained grounds and reasonable pool area. Very secure and safe in room It was a little noisy at night with dogs barking and firework - but I guess as it was the end of festival...

What differentiates this hotel from the tridents, oberois and tatas is the hospitality part. They have a great property, equivalent to a 5 star hotel, BUT...the Hospitality is the key difference. No hot water.....the manager and support staff cited a reason of 100% occupancy and a motor breakdown...which is unacceptable and unheard of in any other hotel. No hot water...

It is a warning to all visitors not to go by the size of this hotels nor by the 4 or 5 stars given to this hotel. It is not even 3 stars by the condition of the hotel inside. Nothing works properly once you have checked in. Air condition, toilets, hot water, running water ...... nothing is working properly......

We thoroughly enjoyed our four days at the Wydham Grand recently as part of a India trip. We found staff helpful and accommodating, including a special cake and decorated room for a special birthday. We found the food and service in restaurants excellent, although not many other diners. The buildings and and grounds are gorgeous, as is the pool which...

Lovely building but this was not matched by quality of hotel staff. Wifi not free and does not work in room. Electricity cut out at least 4 times in first hour at hotel. Room was large and comfortable. Would not recommend this hotel. Such a shame as a beautiful building .
