Agra itself is a historic city but this hotel is really a 'Value for Money'. We were greeted with a shower of rose petals! Once inside we were warmly welcomed by staff and shown to our room. Our room was very spacious with a beautifully decorated. Every part of our room was spotless. Overall, cleanliness of the hotel was decent....

Stayed here overnight on a getaway to see the sights in Agra. The cost was reasonable for what was offered. Don't be put off by the shabby common areas. The rooms (at least the more expensive ones upstairs) are clean and the facilities work (OK, so the shower is not great, but there was warm water and a working toilet)....

The staff was kind and friendly. The rooms weren't. The rooms advertised were not the rooms we were given. We were assigned to the ground level that had crumbly walls from moisture. The nicer rooms seem to be on the second and third floor. If any hotel wants to impress customers, especially those not from this country, they should've done...

Our one night here was perfect for us. We needed a hotel close to the bus to Jaipur as it was a 7 o'clock start (traffic and time management not being on our side). We were offered a range if room but chose the simply 1000rupee room as it was just for a night, and it was fine and comfortable...

Have to say this was last hotel where I stayed in my visit to India, and never expect the surprise of finding a place where I was treated like family. They will pick you up from train or bus station, help with good tips for places to visit Agra. Thanks again Ramu and all Sakura team, for all attentions.

I'd like to try and clear up some of the confusion between the good reviews and the bad on here. Depending on wether people stayed in the "cheaper" or more expensive room will be why some had a nice experience or not. I was shown all rooms, we stayed in one of the cheaper rooms (550R) these are filthy dirty,...

Some of the light only worked some of the time, the shower sprayed water in every direction exept downwards and the lining looked dirty. The rooms looked like really cheap hotel rooms, but for the same price we saw way better standards in other cities in Rajasthan. Furthermore wifi is 100 rs a day. But we found management helpful and...
