The hotel is in a very good location. Check-In was very quick, the room was spacious and the food was pretty good. The front desk team well mannered professional staff. delicious food we had in the restaurant, And over all I had a great And Comfortable stay, I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relative I would love to visit again.

After a lot of deliberation we chose Mussoorie ITC for a break in august 1st week and it was converted into one of our most memorable one by the wonderful hospitality of the warm staff, beautiful resort well maintained with love, mouth watering food and simply superb weather with light rains n yet not uncomfortably cold or rainy ! Just the perfect place to be !

We were there as a family for 4 nights in the exclusive valley view room in the new wing. We had the most beautiful experience amidst the idylls of the Queen of the Hills. The exhilarating and reinvigorating was accentuated by the most superlative hospitality one can imagine. Right from check in to check out there was never a dull moment with the can do attitude and client first ethos of ITC Savoys beautiful and lovely team. Lead by a very tranquil soul, Mr Kehsav Chand, an absolute legend, making sure we felt the warmth of their hospitality every second of being there. Always available with unflinching and unflagging solution centric conduct. In his absence, Sanjay, Anshula, Adrija were just as committed making sure we don't feel unattended even for second. Sanjay being a local from the hills, really gave the best ideas to plan the day. Coming to their food- we are tasteful and ardent travellers, with a penchant to stay at the best 5 star properties. But i gotta admit, food quality at ITC Savoy arguably runs rings around all the top and most popular chains we have stayed at. it just wins hands down by a country mile. Chander from their F&B team is from another planet with his love and concern for his guests. He would pamper us with the nest tasting and fresh as food at every meal. I am yet to come across such a loving and fine man. Not even a single dish that we had there in our 5 day stay there can be faulted, infact on the contrary was lip smacking day in day out. Our kids who are under fairly small loved every bit of it and Hotel was very mindful of our dietary requirements given the small children we were with. Rishi is another stellar performer from the F&B team and worked in concert with Chander making sure we have a seamless experience even if either one of them isn't present on the day. Sahil (there were 2 of them) , Hrithik would complement their seniors just as much. A stay isnt ever pleasant if you don't have a tidy and we supplied room. Shivam from housekeeping was brilliant. Would tirelessly make sure the room never remain unkempt. Swift and Prompt Service is the mantra there. A leader is just as good as his team. Mr Gautam Valli, their head illuminated the whole experience by dropping by to exchange pleasantries. Making sure he hears first hand of his guest about the experience and should they have any concerns etc. Good man. Mr Ashok Mohindru, their recreational activities curator was very enlightening, insightful and entertaining. The aforementioned members of the team are ITC savoy's biggest asset, true ambassadors of the brand to bring them in the same silo as other top brands, which despite being contemporary and modern, face stiff competition from your hotel. Purely for your team, Savoy is a front runner for me. We have garnered a bag full of indelible beautiful memories for lifetime at this beautiful place for it's beautiful people.
