Staff very helpful and attentive to meet any request. Property well groomed and pool with amenities. Rooms require an investment by absentee owner, mold on ceilings, paint and plaster chipping falling off walls, doors don't close and lock. Taxi required to go anywhere.

No lights inside the hotel premises! Very hard to climb up the stairs at night! No proper reception office! Unclean & green coloured swimming pools! Not very well maintained villas! Too many insects inside, I even encountered a frog!

Nice gardens, good staff, rooms are average, shower recess does not drain quickly, requested a kettle and there was no fridge for the 3 days we were here. Spent most of our time in our own lagoon patio which was the highlight during the electrical blackout. Definitely try and get your own form of transportation otherwise you might feel like...

We stayed here as a group for a very reasonable price when travelling around Bali as we fancied some tranquility and paradise for a few days, and we certainly got that. The pool area is beautiful, and the views over the infinity pool are a stunning reminder that you're miles away from home. The villa itself was comfortable and the...

The eyes Bali was not a enjoyable stay. While it has a very nice outdoor area and a pool with a gorgeous view there are many problems with it. First, I found the staff to be very unhelpful they didn't have a proper reception nor did they have any information about the area like brochures or anything like that. When...

Great view but very neglected, scruffy and needs a good scrub and a coat of paint. I'm sure this place was once beautiful but in need of some attention. Very meagre breakfast. I guess foe the price we paid it was quite satisfactory and we enjoyed the pool and scenic view.

We planned to stay here from the 9th - 21st June 2016. We lasted only 2 nights but would have left sooner should we had found something better. It's expected that when a hotel is brand new they will use those photos for the marketing. It's usually always a roll of the dice when you choose somewhere you haven't stayed...

We booked a two bedroom Grande villa. It was really huge with a great view. The furnishings were OK and comfortable enough. But the only AC were tiny bedroom units and the living area ceiling fan didn't work - it had about 10% of the needed AC power for the space. Mosquitos came in if the doors were open, so...

Very disappointing. Where do I start ... The pool was green, the napkin at breakfast had been already used as was dirty and had coffee "splotches" on it, not just stains, the mosquito nets in the rooms were dirty and the sheets did not cover the dirty and stained mattress. Was going to stay a week, only stayed one night....

Very run down place. Couldn't even swim in the pool because it was green.... Far far too expensive for what it was! Maybe I would have been okay with the bad condition if it was half the price. The lady who runs it was also very pushy and quoted things very expensively. Look somewhere else... Have stayed in far better...
