The hotel room is impeccably clean and nicely arrange with enough stowage compartments for our bags, shoes, and amenities so the room remains tidy all the time without our things laying around all over the place. The hotel provides a gallon of water in the room so we don't have to worry about buying and carrying bottle water from outside. One of the things that I like the best is their in house amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash that made our showering experience relaxing because of the smoothness and the fragrance.
All the associates are very friendly, they never failed to greet us with the smile. From check in until check out they never failed to provide us with genuine hospitality. Thank you for the birthday surprise from the associates in the morning during my breakfast, you guys really made my day.
The food in the Jejaton restaurant is very delicious with good value for money. Special thanks for Chef Kadek Oten Sujana and the crew that were able to accommodate my off menu request for my birthday dinner in such short period of notice. The dinner was extremely tasty.
Fairfield hotel practices high standard of cleanliness during the COVID 19 pandemic, our bags get sanitized once we step out of the car, we wash our hand, get our temperature checked before we step in to the lobby. All the associates wear mask and gloves all the time. As the guest who stay here we feel assured in the aspect of hygiene and cleanliness in the public area and in the room. Well done Fairfield Hotel. I am looking forward to stay here again whenever I visit Bali.

I had an amazing stay at Fairfield Kuta. Not only it's newly built but it also delivers great service during time ike this.
The breakfast Feeling so amazing to be able to choose all the food from the menu with a la carte style. You can have from bread, fruits to the main course such as nasi goreng and eggs.
The Food They have a restaurant that serves local and authentic Indonesian foods, which I found it amazingly cheap and tasty.
The Room Clean and comfortable. Love their room products that use Sensatia Botanicals and eco-friendly (they provide bottle and water galoon instead of glass for you to refill on your own) Great one!
The Location Undoubtedly best, located in Kuta, this hotel is closed to the city and business center
Personal Recommendation 1. The room with pool access is best to have. 2. Try the foods served by the restaurant. 3. Best for business and family as well.

I seriously like this hotel. I stayed for a total of 7 nights in Fairfield. Yes the location is not exactly on sunset road but on Merdeka street but it was perfect for a quiet stay. My room was ready when I checked-in and they provided each room with water gallon (I asked the brand of water and yes it’s Vit not just refillable water or air isi ulang as I feared at first). Lighting in room was perfect, too bad they don’t have a desk inside the room.
Toiletries provided are Sensatia Botanicals. Goodbye dry hands and dry skin! Seriously, I stayed in a 5 stars luxury hotel in Nusa Dua but they used cheap toiletries unlike Fairfield (Two Thumbs Up for Fairfield).
Breakfast was ala carte which could be repetitive especially since I stayed for 8 days. Ala carte breakfast was nice but on Friday when the hotel was full, I had buffet breakfast which was awful. Cold tasteless foods unlike hot and tasty food ala carte breakfast.
Room cleaning was supposedly on demand but sometimes they cleaned my room when I didn’t request it so it was quite bothersome especially when I haven’t packed my stuffs properly.
So, I recommend 100% this hotel to anyone looking for a Marriot style service but with budget price (You can’t beat the price of this hotel)

I find it hard to fathom that the buffet breakfast was as bad as you describe it because we received strong positive reviews on our breakfast during the same period that you stayed. Take note that ala carte breakfast is only served when the business occupancy levels are down. This applies to all Marriott hotel properties and I don't believe that my culinary team would have presented a cold breakfast during the course of your stay since all guests were really happy with their breakfast! On your room cleaning, do let us know what you prefer. We are happy to listen to our guests and work with our guest needs. Stay in here just for 1 night due to our extended vacation. The room was clean the ambience was great. The bed is comfy. The location is strategic due to very near with the main road (sunset road) but not on that road, you will need enter one alley accessible with car. The benefits arr you can go around kuta, seminyak, tuban (including airport) easily, but still get a super quiet place.
But there are some drawbacks are the room is rather small, it just feels quite spacy due to interior design. The food is very ordinary (see my other reviews to compare other hotels).
In my opinion this place is NOT for leisure, but if youre in couples or family trip, this hotel can be considered very good.
Oh ya you will provided with 1 gallon water and 2 tumbler, which means you can get almost unlimited free flow water for free!

Few weeks ago my daughter and I joined my wife who held a reunion there, the reunion was located next to the lobby (hopefully we did not disturb any of the guests staying there). Street food style, and I must say the taste was quite an authentic one, everyone seemed to enjoy it, especially the martabak corner was the most visited. The band was very entertaining beyond my expectation for a trio, invited the guests to sing along one by one. The service was attentive, dirty plates disappeared before one even noticed it, which was great since we did not have to ask. Not my first time in this hotel, and will definitely be back in future.

Fairfield by Marriot Bali Kuta Sunset Road Located behind Siloam Hospital and Lippo Plaza Kuta. Alley access to hotel still can be passed by 2 car. Location is strategist because near crowd and public place. Check-in Process was fast and my room was upgraded to Deluxe Pool View. My room is far from the lobby but the view is magnificent. For Room size is not too big but enough. There is sofa bed for work and balcony. Room interior dominated by white colour with light brown wood colour. They provide a big Gallon of mineral water for each rooms with glass and tumblr to drink (can be brought home at a cost of two hundred thousand rupiah). TV is Big and HD channel. Wifi is so fast. My honeymoon set was approved. They use mirror to congratulate us. Another honeymoon set are towel art and big cake. I love their intention to prepare honeymoon set The staffs are so nice. The bathroom is not big but enough. Amenities using sensatia botanica soap and shampoo dispenser system. Also other amenities are shaving kit and comb but they forgot toothbrush. Pool was at the center of the hotel and the size is so wide. Gym also located near the pool. The equipment is complete but not many. Breakfast is served unlimited a-la carte. The quality and the variety of breakfast menu are very satisfying and I can said it 5 star standard. Rendang egg benedict and Sambal matah omellete are the signature menu. Corn Fritter is special menu here and you can ask for side dish. I try the American breakfast, betutu chicken rice and soto koya. All are good taste and big portion. I tried some Indonesian Dishes that recommended by some friends. Really surprise when my food served, why? the waiters brought some metal basket, really unique presentation of the dishes. Inside metal basket Ikan Sambel Kecicang and Rendang Sapi Sumatra Complete. Also unique presentation of Timbungan Wong, Sambal Tongkol and Gurita Jerungga recommended. Spacious and airy lobby, warm welcome by the staff. Location wise, there is Siloam Hospital across the street and some local eateries including the Gula Bali Joglo and some smaller cafe. If you drive a bigger car, it is better to park in front of the lobby as the curve of the underground parking spots is a bit tight.
As a Bonvoy Gold, I was upgraded to higher level room which is spacious and clean. I love the effort of the hotel to reduce waste by providing a big water gallon (the device put on make it easy to get water) instead of the usual bottled water provided by other hotels. Their bathroom amenities are excellent as well, branded , provided in the bigger bottle that is refillable. Instant coffees and teas are provided as well as some disinfectant tissue. The room also have a balcony and a curved sofa and table for those planning to spend some time working there. Pressure of the shower water is also very good.

I stayed here in Dec 2019 for 2 nights. Location is very poor with nothing much within walking distance - necessary to get a Grab to go to most places of interest. On the plus side it's not far from the airport. Room was on an upper floor overlooking the pool, but loud music continued until around 10pm. Comfortable king size bed & rain shower. Water dispenser provided in the room. Free buffet breakfast - average. Limited alcoholic beverages available in the generic hotel restaurant. Some neighbour noise from slamming doors but finished by 11pm. More hooks for hanging wet clothes would be useful, especially on the balcony. Decent pool. Snmll gym. Very good value for money despite the negatives at around 550k IDR per night incl breakfast and all taxes.

Dear KGB777, Thanks for the review. Location is central and within the city area which is 5 minutes away from Trans Studio and also 5-10 minutes way from Bali Galleria. To add to that we are 15 minutes from Legian and Kuta beach and so we ensure that you don't get caught up with the traffic busy periods. The beauty of Abianbase, Kuta is all about that local community where you can see the Balinese community living together with the Muslim community. I was wondering if you did get a chance to walk around the neighborhood and experience it? Probably not since you were taking Grab most of the time. For a price of IDR550K, it's more than an Average breakfast, it's actually a Value Added Breakfast. When we set out to provide a Breakfast experience, we did our research based on what resorts and hotels in Bali do and we UP it by 100% and not forgetting the Marriott touch! With regards to the slamming doors, it's an area we will look into it and ensure that hinges are tuned accordingly. Good feedback KGB777, thank you. We do have a towel rack and a hook in the bathroom and have actually exceeded the setup based on the Fairfield by Marriott brand standard. I appreciate the insight on the balcony hooks and this is one area we are working on. We spent several nights at this hotel. It is not in the "resort" area but it is convenient to everything. It was about a $3 cab ride, without tip to the 66 beach area. We used it as a base for travel and the hotel supplied a car and driver one day at a very fair rate. The restaurant had a several Indonesian and western items on the menu. We did not try any of the western, but the Indonesian items were all excellent.
The front desk of the open is in an open atrium which gives on a resort feel. I also noticed that they were constantly cleaning at this hotel. The open halls, the open atrium etc, This was a spotless facility.
