Excellent service
We booked the "Studio king Queen room inclusive breakfast" for a family of four. Very spacious - probably the biggest hotel room we've ever had. Service was excellent, from the driver who picked us up at the airport (free return airport shuttle for stays over 5 nights) to the reception staff, to the driver who operate the shuttle bus from the hotel to the Kuta attractions. Breakfast is a buffet breakfast - delicious and great value. The aircon seemed to struggle a little against the sweltering Bali heat. The shower doesnt drain that well but we managed ok with a towel on the floor to stop the water flowing out. Overall, enjoyed our stay :) Thank you!

A Perfect Hotel
It was our very first destination for the year 2019. Actually we select Bali, Indonesia as our 1st Anniversary gateway. We booked this hotel for 06 nights on BB basis. It is a nice hotel and located in a very convenient place. Rooms are spacious and also the other amenities were also perfect. breakfast was fine and they had a good variety and they were delicious and mouthwatering. Staff were really helpful and nice. Superb service given. Recommended. ~~~Sachcha & Pubba~~~

We stayed at kuta central park hotel for 6 days. When we booked our stay they had a promo which is book 5 days + 1 night free stay. With the inclusion of two way airport transfer and 10% discount on food and beverages. The location is good as well as the food and and room amenities.

Very nice hotel
Really nice hotel but be mindful with the booking I booked a studio room for 3 people but they only had 1 king size bed and told me to pay additionally in order to get another bed. Other than that, the breakfast was nice and so was the hotel and staff.

Pleasant Stay
We have booked Studio tripple room for 5nights directly from the website. Room was clean and bigger. Service is excellent. Hygeine is properly maintained. Suggestions- Breakfast has less options for Indian food. Overall very pleasant stay.

Can we leave luggage a hotel till it’s time to go to the airport? Our check out Tim is set to be 12pm and our check in time is 7:30pm We’re wanting to do last min shopping before we we head to the airport but don’t want to carry our luggage around

Hi, Can anyone help, till what time this restaurant opens for dinner ? We are staying on same hotel too. Can we approach restaurant at 9:00pm for cocktail dinner ? Actually we are planning to have "spa treatment" on their "Tunjung Spa" from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and will be at restaurant at around 9:00pm to 9:15pm. Thank you so much. Deepak.
I cannot recall the schedule of their restaurant. We typically have dinner by 7 or 8PM. But knowing Kuta, 9PM is still a "lively" time to eat so the hotel must not be so different.
