My family and I recently stayed here for 1 night with a bunch of friends (about 20 of us) Check in was quick and easy. And staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and beds comfortable but I wasn't a fan of the pillows. For breakfast there was a small selection, & eggs & bacon could be... More

There are two good things about the hotel. One, the location is very convenient. You can reach legian beach, traditional market, various food stall and cafes by feet. Second, the rooftop's hot tub. Me and my friends basically spending most of our time in the hot tub. A chit chat on the night or even morning dip. But well, here... More

Walked in off the street for a one night stay. The guy at the desk was helpful. Room cost was RP$450,000.00 For this you get, well a room! No water, no tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom was in bad shape. Paint peeling off everywhere. A small amount of shampoo which made my hair feel like steel wool, and a small... More

I found this hotel to be OK… I stayed only for 4 nights (3-7th June) and found that it had its ‘positives and negatives’. Positive – loved the location, price was good, always felt safe, staff were friendly, had rooftop pool, clean bed sheets, tasty breakfasts. Negative – the bathrooms needed a SERIOUS clean, the pillows were so big that... More

Poor management and services! Should improved your hotel services to serve tourist better. Room not clean for what I expected! Management should improve in order to attract customer. Receptionist and staff should learn to smile and greeting to customer as well. Thank you!

Stayed 7 days. Not the best for room cleaning. Staff need training on manners to deal with public. When checking out bar fridge was checked by hotel. Hotel drinks had been placed alongside fridge. Because they were not put back in the fridge they charged us for them. We refused to pay so they refused to bring our bags from... More

We booked family room consist of 2 queen bed. The room is in 3rd floor. The airconditioning not functioning well. Very hot even when we set the temperature 17 celcius. The breakfast is even worse. Cold and limited. The staff also not friendly. Dont go to this place unless your budget very limited. The location is not really near to... More

I stayed at this hotel in February 2015 with a group of friends for a bit less than two weeks. JOCS is so well priced, I couldn't believe what a gem of a find it was! It is located on Jalan Malasti opposite a small market of stalls with cute hand made goods. It is in such a great location... More
