BELL SERVICE DEPARTMENT 1. RAMBO a.k.a Sylvester Stallone : Strong enough to assist me with my luggage and stuffs during arrival at the hotel. Friendly, happening and always smile. 2. ARI a.k.a John Legend : His efficiency to assist my luggage for check out totally amazing. Within 4 minutes he already arrived in front of my door to ensure the luggage has been picked up to ensure the seamless departure experience.
FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT 1. KIKI a.k.a Taylor Swift : Very passionate of her work. Ensure my reservation has been arranged accordingly and managed to assist me to upgrade & upsell my room request. She managed to make an appointment for my departure transportation, appointment for the photoshoot of the Hard Rock Paparazzi. Thank you so much KIKI. 2. CENTER STAGE 1. DHANNY & RANI : Every single night, I will proceed to this place for my leisure time and see the live-band performance. Definitely Dhanny and Rani will reserved my favourite corner table with the great view of the band at the upper deck. They are so friendly persons. Kudos to both of you. Both of them are always my favourite stars during my staying in here.
HARD ROCK PAPARAZZI 1. PAK GEDE a.k.a Lionel Richie : I would like to express my gratitude to him for making my professional photoshoot in Hard Rock Hotel such a great experience and wonderful time. He so passionate about his work and the outcome of the photo is totally amazing, instead of 15 minutes free one copy of the photo Pak Gede totally change my mind to take their full board package with all the taken photos in the soft copy plus 7 copies to be printed too. The highlight of our stay were the incredible staff, friendly, helpful and attentive, in particular Rini who was so wonderful. We stayed for five nights in a Roxity Family Suite which was really spacious. The bunk beds are designed for little ones so our 11 year old was almost too tall for the mattress so by our next trip we’ll need to look at the other suites available. Included in our stay were the Rock Royalty Benefits but we didn’t make the most of these, our kids preferred the novelty of the buffet breakfast instead of the al la carte VIP option, our youngest was usually asleep during the free afternoon tea and we were out eating during the free 5-7 pm cocktails and we all preferred the main pools to the small VIP one. The rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels and extras in the kids room of kids toothpaste and brushes, swimming goggles, kick boards and beach toys to use. During our stay there were always plenty of pool lounges available in the shade and staff everywhere to assist if need be.

As a Hard Rock Cafe enthusiast, the Hard Rock Hotel Bali was the logical place for my brother and I to use as our “home base” during our five day stay in Denpasar. From the moment we arrived (late night/early morning, can’t quite remember...it was dark and we should have been asleep), I did not regret this choice.
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Pey, who without hassle, swiftly checked us in and directed us to our room. The room itself, a Deluxe Premium room, housed all the mod-cons including free WiFi, LED TV with international satellite channels, curated playlists, Bluetooth speaker, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, in-room safe, air conditioning, a rain shower head, a very large, comfortable bed and much more.
Each morning, we made our way down to breakfast (included in the room cost). We were amazed and overwhelmed by the grandeur of the buffet spread which included; breads/toast, cereals, eggs/omelettes, meats, fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, pastries, fresh juice, coffee/tea, a range of local Indonesian dishes and much more that we didn’t even get to see. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely polite and patient as we struggled to decide where to begin.
I, of course, had to stock up on merchandise while visiting and this was made possible by the Hard Rock Hotel – Rock Shop and Rock Shop, Too where Nyoman, Adt, Catur (whose favourite band is Linkin Park – legend!) and Teja made this extremely easy and fun to do. Nyoman even traded pins with me which was awesome.
Part of our booking included a complimentary drink at the Hard Rock Hotel Centre Stage Bar. Here we enjoyed a juice and decided to stay for dinner which consisted of a Souvalaki Wrap – with grilled marinated chicken, Tatziki, lettuce & tomato for me and a Buttermilk fried chicken burger – with old school lettuce, tomato & honey mustard, for my brother. We enjoyed this so much, along with the banter of You and Reni, that we returned again the next night for Happy Hour and the live entertainment, as well as another enjoyable dinner.
Our booking also included a ‘Paparazzi’ photo with the impressive hotel sign. Julie made this experience really fun and her photo is a great memento of our trip. After this, we stopped in at Hard Rock Hotel Starz Deli for afternoon tea. Here, we our server was Panda, who was very polite and friendly. My brother enjoyed a bootylicious chocolate milkshake and we shared a piece of yummy rainbow cake.
During our time at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali, we interacted with so many lovely staff members. Lian, who I now call a friend, was one of these beautiful people. She facilitated so many extras for us and made an already amazing experience, so much better. On check-out, it was so hard to say goodbye and now I can’t wait to visit again.

Hard rock is centrally located and has easy access to all the amenities! We paid for the rock royalty rooms that gives a beautiful breakfast / afternoon tea / night drinks and access to water / soft drinks all day . The 5 piece of laundry are a treat also as saved a lot . The rooms are clean / spacious and staff very attentive and quick to respond to any minor issues . We picked a room away from the band area and couldn’t hear anything ! Although quite expensive the little touches and treats made for a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it ! The roxy royalty staff deserve a desperate mention for the attentive and happy nature for our trip !

We stayed in a family suite with 12yo and 9yo for 9 nights. This also includes the rock royalty program that adds that extra special touch. Private concierge, breakfast, pool and cocktails each evening. The staff knew our names instantly and made you feel welcome at all times. The rooms were huge with two bathrooms and a lounge room included. They were very clean and also soundproof and we couldn’t hear anyone else at all. Food in the hotel was very americanised style and we had to ask to get satay sticks which seemed odd. But once we realised the in room menu had a huge range we ordered from there instead of near the pools. The kids loved the kids club and the teenage club too. But they also spent the first 5 days or so just at the pool with plenty happening there. All up a very relaxed and peaceful holiday in a lovely hotel.

Great Hotel, well set up and exceedingly clean. Rooms are mildly expensive by Bali standards but they are worth it - the amenities and standard of room fit-out is truly impressive. The staff offer great service on a consistent basis and show a genuine interest in your day and desires.The pool setup is great and the kids-club is impressive. Only wish would have been more traditional Indonesian dishes on the menu(s) however loads of great places to eat nearby.

As per my last review, the hotel is great, excellent and i have been lucky enough to return twice since my last visit in August 2018. Since then i'm happy to report the toilets near the breakfast bar have been fully renovated and the bathrooms near the rock centre stage too have been done, which makes general time around the resort easier with kids, as you know they leave going to the bathroom till the last minute. Being such a big resort this has helped guests. The biggest negative i look forward to seeing fixed in the hotel makeover is the pool access via the large staircase. My mum injured herself and was in a wheel chair the first trip & then crutches the second time and we had a lot of trouble getting to the pool. There is no elevator access and the spa was moved so we weren't allowed to use that elevator anymore. In a wheelchair, we had to go to the main entrance, down the side of the driveway & enter through the side gate a lengthy trip, then make a long trek around the beautiful but very large pool. it was hard to do carrying all of your kids things and helping mum out. When she was on crutches it was even harder, because some security wouldn't open the side access for her anymore (as she wasn't in a wheel chair, so she needed to use the stairs) it was painful to watch. I'm hoping an elevator (at lease for prams, elderly & disabled use) is to be added to the state of the art hotel to access the splash bistro and pool area soon. Other than that issue, the food, staff and experience still were 5star and i cant wait to head to HRH next year!

I stayed so many time in this hotel in the past. In most visit i enjoyed our stay, even there are some minor aspect to be improved. But this time im having a really pleasent stay.
First of all i stay with my wife and 3 kids during Ied Al Fitr holiday, we book 1 day prior arrival via Traveloka. Our payment was collected from bank but long story short traveloka didnt sending booking confirmation up til 2 am in the morning. We went to sleep and the next day we check in there are no booking received ny Hard rock, and they can only offer $500 suites for us. We complain to traveloka but they did nothing but apologise. We tried to explain our situations to Diana, who did very good job by trying her best to find solutions for us. She finally able to book us rock royalti room with pool access at lot better rates. Given rock royalti room we have privilege to access rock royalti club, served by Rini who also did a very good job. Friendly, helpful and accomodative. She also serve us during breakfast and our fam love her hospitality. Breakfast in rock royalti is not buffet, they serve a’la carte with good menu variety with good taste. Kudos for Diana and Rini!
The room itself has been renovated, my main issue during previous stay is their bathroom. Its old, tired and no shower chambers with weak water pressure. But their newly renovated room modifciate their placemebt and install shower chambers with good water pressure. Lovely! Room its self was average but feel more fresh after renov.
Most facility are very well maintained, especially their pool. Our kids love to swim and spend our day there. Even this is old hotel we feel comfortable staying here. Last bur not least i enjoy most of their staff warmth, maybe after 2 years of pandemic Bali starts to recover and im happy to find people are anthusiastic to welcome guest. I hope they can keep this spirit and good work!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently,
Located right opposite the beach, and in the centre of Kuta, you are welcomed by a long driveway.
Staff are exceptional and friendly. Its not a cheap hotel and there may be other better value hotels available. The rooms are not big but very modern and come with a coffee machine and nice TV/bathroom. Breakfast is excellent, and the food variety is great!
No surprises the hotel is child friendly, with slides, games and rental floating devices. I have been to other hard rock hotels and this pool is a bit of a let down . Unfortunately, some of the kids attractions were being renovated which didnt help, and as others have mentioned, food/drink are expensive, which we didnt try.
CONS: Possibly too expensive, food/drink expensive, pool is ok

We spent three nights at the Hard Rock and were pleasantly surprised.
We arrived past midnight and check-in was very quick and easy. The room was quite well sized and modern with a modern, clean bathroom. One slight issue was that we had only towels and water for 2 people, where my wife and I were travelling with our two children.
Breakfast was very nice, although seemed limited for a hotel of this size. The food was tasty and the quality good. It was a nice touch that at breakfast on our second day (my son's birthday) that the staff brought out a cake and sang happy birthday.
While at the hotel we used the pool extensively and enjoyed it very much. Prices of food and beverage at the hotel at reasonable for a hotel, but may confuse people looking for a "cheap" holiday.
We put our children, 6 and 9, into the kids club for one day, but our 9 year old did not enjoy it. The club suits younger children and he was quite bored. I think the "teen" club would be better reconfigured for children between, say 8 and 12. Certainly I don't know any teenagers who would want to go to something like that so it would make better use of the facilities. However, the staff were lovely and our younger son enjoyed it.
We also used the karaoke/recording studio and had a great time. For AU$40 we got a recording and a disc and it was a real laugh.
When we booked the Hard Rock on the recommendation of a friend we were somewhat doubtful as we imagined the hotel being full of drunk yobbos, but it was a pleasant family atmosphere.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Dear AndrewU_11, Thank you very much for choosing to stay with the Hard Rock Hotel Bali on this trip. I will surely share the good news to the team. Great to know you and your family had a nice holiday overall with us. I do apologize should we fall short in anyway. We will put a note on the standard set for our rooms. You might like to know our prices are competitive among 4 and 5 star hotels and to come to terms on "cheap" is not what we are all about. I believe it is all up to every individual to decide on their budget accordingly. After all, we are responsible for our own choices. We will be introducing new games and activities to our Roxity kid's club and Tabu very soon. When it is up, we shall see a whole new experience. We are renovating our Deluxe rooms now the same as we did for our Deluxe Premium and above and they all will look very cool when completed.
