The best points about the hotel are its location whoch is within shopping distance towards art market, convenience stores, and mall. Also the rooms have a nice and spacious design. However, wifi doesnt reach thr rooms so i have to stay by thr hallway or at the lounge downstaors to use it

Fairly average hotel, the pool was nice and friendly staff, room was clean and pretty small. However we were woken up at 6am by very very loud noises of people shouting, slamming doors, screaming and running around. Noisy for the entire morning so a very disturbed night sleep.!! Not impressed with that…

Stay at 20 - 22 April 2023 with Family of four. Hotel is small like a boutique type but nice and cozy. Room is quite small for family room. Room is clean, bed is comfy, AC working with perfectly cold. There is one single bed and super King Size bed in this room. Fit for us 4 of persons. Smart TV provided and WiFi is good. Breakfast was good teste. Not many varieties but good enough. Location is good in the middle of Kuta area. Parking area is small but they have basement for some of vehicle.

Overall Recommended for family 👍👍👍

My boyfriend & I have recently stayed here for three nights, costing roughly £15pn for a double room, inc breakfast. The hotel is within 15 minutes walk of the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Our room was large with a/c,T.V, fridge, safety deposit box & an amazing shower. Room service was offered every day with fresh towels & bedding. The staff were friendly & helpful. The inclusive breakfast wasn't great as it was simply egg & toast or fried rice each day but for price I shouldn't complain. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we are coming to stay at the Alron Hotel. The location of this hotel is ideal as it takes no more than 12 minutes to walk to the Discovery mall or a taxi fare is around $1. The room size is a wee bit small, but adequate and comfortable enough to meet our needs. ...the room includes a TV and free wifi although breakfast is not included. We found the front desk staff to be very polite and willing to help when needed.. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Even though some rooms are on the small side and don't have windows, was neat and clean. Once you got on WiFi it was good. Depending on which way you walked either ended up in main shopping area (the poppies lanes) or Kuta markets (beach) only 10 - 15 walk either way, taxi home from either of these places only round 7000 Rp (.70c aus). All round is a neat and clean hotel that has english speaking satellite TV. Would recommend and stay again. stayed 10nites.

My husband and I were surprised with the hotel. Even though with the small rooms and cheap price, they did impressed us! Value for money!

You can rent scooter at the front desk for Rp 60k/24hrs! Not so far from the beach. You can walk but I prefer to rent out a scooter

The Alron Hotel looks quite impressive from the outside, but beware:
- only TWO rooms have windows (Rooms 301 and 303, looking out onto a rather noisy street, but as we hate A/C, we were not fussed by the noise. The fresh air more than compensated for it)
- during a power cut, we discovered there was no emergency lighting anywhere, no green "Emergency Exit" signs featuring a little running man... we also discovered how difficult it can be to find your way in a TOTALLY DARK room (remember, no window). We stayed in that room the first night only. The receptionist was good enough to find a room that did not depend on A/C and had natural light...
- we were only given one plastic electronic key - inconvenient. We asked for, and got, another one..
- throughout our 4-night stay, we were only ever given one small cake of soap - generally room cleaning was a bit skimpy
- the free water was never placed in the fridge
- there were a lot of very rude, noisy Chinese guests in the hotel - their dulcet tones came through the thin walls from the corridor rather too plainly for comfort
- if you want a drink (beer, water) the hotel will sell you at inflated prices: a small bottle of beer was Rp.25000, a bottle of water was Rp.5000. Better buy our drinks at the local convenience stores (Circle K, for example)
- breakfast is not entirely a free choice. Although there is unlimited coffee and tea, and a plate of fruit (get there early, i.e. at 7.30 before it all disappears), a rather surly woman will TELL you what is for breakfast. We were offered fried rice (a bit oily), and wondered why another guest had managed to obtain an omelette. Maybe we should have spoken up more! The biggest drag with breakfast was the toast: it had been toasted some time before, put on a plate and wrapped in cling film, so it had the consistemcy of a flannel. Tip: ask for fresh toast!!
When we arrived, we told reception that we would have to leave before breakfast three days later. "That's all right. We'll prepare a packed breakfast for you" How kind, we thought. The packed breakfast was: two slices of dull white bread, two little plastic pots of jam, and two hard boiled eggs - each, be it said. No knives to spread the jam with, no salt for the eggs, nothing to drink. Humph!! Tip: tell them what you'd like for your packed breakfast!
In all fairness, the Alron is inexpensive and VERY central. Big shopping centres, Matahari and Lippo Mall, are within a 15-minute walking distance. The beach, night market and small restaurants are about 10 minutes away.
The hotel also put us in touch witha very pleasant, polite, well-informed driver for our trip round the area: Gusti Arsana. You'll find him on facebook. A full day tour (8.30 a.m. to about 7.30 p.m.) cost Rp.600000. He was totally unhurried, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely man!
The Alron will have a new wing from July 2015 - with rooms sporting windows and balconies. There will also be suites (I heard). I just hope they tighten up their service and standards in general.

Tidak setiap kamar ada jendela. ventilasi berada tepat di depan kamar, sehingga gang/koridor nampak terang karena Sinar matahari.
