Located near the bomb memorial, location is great if you want access to the movement of Kuta. A 10 minute walk to the beach. Nice pool. Tidy rooms, great staff. Only problem I had was sound carries between the units.
After staying there last year, i never received my bond back for the room, with sending multiple emails and even visiting again on the next trip to ask for my money with them saying they will contact me of course not hearing from them
Unfortunately this hotel has aged and feels really awkward. Upon arrival, I was asked for a $100 bond invade we used the spa, bar or room service. This was a first, in all my 38 trips to Bali, I was asked for a bond !...More

Greetings from Bali!
Thank you for your message and we appreciate you raise your concern with regard to Mount Agung. In that regard, we always refer to updates provided by the official government's ministry of natural resources website, and Bali Tourism Board. Up to the time I respond to your message, it is still safe to travel to Bali. However, visitors and locals alike should not enter areas near the volcano, currently within 12 km radius. Kuta, where we are located, by the way, is around 72 km away from Mt. Agung.
The situations may change, therefore we all should keep aware of new development and we always refer to both government official statement and Bali Tourism Board.
