Stayed 1 night and will never come back again! Positive experience during checked-in with young energetic staffs but doesn't compensate with the room offering as the condition is not well-maintained - bathroom wall was leaking and bedding sheet was dusty. As many has mentioned the hotel was cater the Chinese tour groups and breakfast became a disaster as the staffs couldn't cope with the food demand and quickly ran out. It was a chaotic scene in the morning.
This hotel is extremely poorly maintained and in a very poor condition. The hotel is currently being fully renovated. However, renovations seem to be limited to new paint and replacing wet/damaged dry wall. As a result it's extremely dirty, dusty and many parts of the hotel have a very over powering smell of paint and wood thinners. We moved rooms everyday almost and finally gave up. Rooms are old, damp, with ripped bed sheets, towels. Rooms were all dusty and smelly from wet, damp walls and spot painting of marks on walls. Hotel mostly serves budget Chinese tour groups. Breakfast was a free for all, with lots of pushing and shoving. Felt more like a bus station then a restaurant. Would never stay again and recommend others to get better value and fair better accommodation using TripAdvisor reviews. We used our IHG membership and paid a heavy price in doing so.…
The 1 star relates only to the staff, that although are almost all young and still trainees, they were almost always Friendly and smiling. This hotel however is without doubt the WORST hotel experiance ever. It infact had a very negative impact on our Bali holiday. The hotel is sat on a major intersection and busy roads to the front and left side. To the right is a large building supply warehouse and behind the hotel is a car detailing business, a large dirt patch and lots of house construction right up against the hotel. The hotel has no outside side walls, designed to cool the hallways to the rooms. This would work just great in a rice field, here it simply catches the dust and heavy polution of it’s location. However, what really hurt our holiday was the very poor condistion of the rooms and the major renovations that the hotel is in the middle of right now. It would have been fair to warn protential guests of their current renovations. For the first 4 nights of our 9 night stay we changed rooms every day. The rooms are very old, poorly kept, damp or have a strong smell of paint. Rather then close off one floor to renovate fully, they are renovating rooms here there and every where. The hotel was full of workmen running around with dry wall and ladders all over the place. When we finally were given rooms that were exceptable, we were woken at midnight to drilling, sanding and once again a very strong smell of paint and thinner in our room. In the morning the strong fumes had brought on strong headaches. This hotel mostly caters to budget Chinese tour groups. The lobby was full most days of bus fumes and large groups of Chinese tourists coming or going. I think these guests have little say in where they stay. It may be this fact that allows this hotel to still operate in such a poor state. Very poor choice for our stay, and although Pak Johan and manager Ibu Utami were very understanding, the simply truth is that they are operating a very delapidated property that should be closed and fully renovated. I’m not happy to write such a negative review. However, we feel misled and would never book this hotel again and are now even considering our IHG membership. …
This is a clean friendly Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are clean and modern with very comfortable beds. The property has a lite buffet breakfast area with a variety and good service. It is a popular hotel with tour groups who come and go together. The staff are very friendly and accomodating
Hotel is close to the airport, and the staffs are friendly. the breakfast is standard, but thats normal, I can't expect for a 5 star breakfast when I'm paying for a 3 star. Overall stay is wonderful and I couldn't ask for more. Looking forward to stay in this hotel again.
