I was staying in this hotel as a couple for two nights from 5 to 7 May. Do not be fooled by the first look of the hotel from their main entrance (it seems small and cosy), but I have to say i am impress with the hotel on the inside. Apparently, the hotel is huge, the rooms are decent...

When we booked the Grand Barong for our stay in Bali in April 2016, we were a bit apprehensive about it as it was located in the busy Poppies II lane in kuta. When we arrived at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised with the inside of the hotel (the frontage can be misleading though). It was a very big...

Awesome place, great food. The breakfast spread was excellent. The staff were very courteous. The swimming pool was clean and cool. They helped us book the taxi and also get a bike. Would surely stay everytime we come to Bali

It's a nice and clean place to stay in Kuta. Location is good with kuta beach, market nearby. Room was nice and cosy but the corridors are not very well ventilated. Lagoon pool is the main highlight of the place and they offer very good breakfast buffet.

Overall pretty happy with the hotel, clean rooms, fast room service, nice pools and location is superb being on Poppies 2.. However my 2 complaints to the front desk were ignored when we asked Management to ask the totally disrespectful group of 20+ year olds in the pool yelling obscenities at the top of their lungs for 8 hours enough...

Stayed for a week with my family with small children. We had one deluxe room and one deluxe twin room with an extra bed. We were on the third floor and our rooms were on opposite sides of the corridor. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size with each of the rooms overlooking each of the pools. We only...

Pretty disappointed. Maybe 1 or 2 staff members are keen the rest are not worth to talk about. Top of it we caught one trainee on lying regarding a tea?!?! and during confrontation her trainer was not really interested about the facts that proves the trainee is making her story up. We have checked out after 2 nights regardless we...

On arriving late the staff where helpful alert and kind. We had been delayed over 2 1/2 hours late but our room was ready pre cooled and super clean. The mini fridge was empty ( bonus) but coffee tea and kettle where available all clean and inviting. The pictures show a welcoming room and believe me it was appreciated. Well...

We booked 6 nights stay at Grand Barong Kuta hotel and after checking in we already knew that this is not the hotel that we want to stay. Checking in was very slow and the reception staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming to guests. Nobody explains the layout of the hotel, where the restaurant is for breakfast, or general hotel check...

I really enjoyed staying here, room was clean and spacious(We had a double was on holiday with my daughter). Brekkie was awesome(loved the pancakes).Pool areas were great, with pool bars in both the front and back pools. Some lucky people could step right of there patios and into the pool. Used the laundry service (clothes returned really quickly even though...
