Booked to stay here 3 nights for convenience and location more than anything. Photos look amazing etc. we got here and the place is really grimy. Rooms are damp with a concrete room feel not helped by the Fluro harsh lighting. At least create some ambience. Breakfast below average and it started to bother me so I ended up moving...

Spotless pool and rooms, disgusting public space: grimy tables and pool loungers, awful service: had to ask a hundred times for towels for the third person sharing the room. Never mind the daily request for extra pillows: they arrived the morning I checked out. Room like a hospital: barren, horrid energy saving bulbs basking the room in factory glow. A...

This is a hotel in the raging center of Kuta, but thankfully it is set back from the Legian street so you can get a good night's sleep. The hotel has an old design and the feel is not comfortable... painful fluorescent lighting and bitterly cold air conditioning. Pool looked decent but we didn't use. Breakfast is average. Not a...

For our final 5 nights of our vacation in Bali, we decided to end it in style. We came across the Niche and thought this is great, with the pool, swim up bar, modern rooms and inclusive breakfast. However, as we arrived, the location was true to its name, along with the lovely pool and swim up bar, although the...

Will always stay at The Niche. Staff are professional, great fun and always attend to guest needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is excellent. Hotel rooms are kept spotless. Beautiful pool with swim up bar. Set in the heart of Kuta with all necessities close by. Highly recommend.

The room was fine especially the closed nature of the toilet. It has a basic mini bar, room safe, wall TV with DVD player but very average internal lighting. Pool towels are delivered to the room by the house boy when the room is made up. Breakfast is adequate without a big range and very little imagination. One item rotates...

Excellent little hotel. Just off the main road so you can't really hear any noise from the main strip at night if you decide not to go out. The staff are excellent, doing anything they can to make your stay brilliant. Lovely clean pool with a swim up bar which is always a plus. Would definitely recomend if you are...
