We had an amazing time at this hotel, had everything we wanted and then some. Wonderful gardens and views, maybe the best beach in that area, good restaurants and a great spa area. We been in Nusa Dua before but this beach probably the best so far, ocean more quiet here. Only annoying part was the low tide... We stayed...

Have stayed at a number of other hotels in Nusa Dua including Laguna Resort, Grand Hyatt and Nusa Dua Beach hotel. This we enjoyed the most. Good value, lovely grounds, friendly staff and good family rooms (especially the pool access rooms). Only criticism was breakfast was average. Will be back.

My husband and I booked for two nights, but really sleeping one as we booked the extra night as we had a late night flight. I was so pleased I only had to sleep one night here! The hotel itself was built in the 70's and it seems there has been little to upgrade the hotel since. Cons: The room...

My family of 4 recently spent 6 nights at what was Nusa Dua's (means two Islands) first international Hotel/Resort. Built in the mid 70's this place still has a lovely feel to it. It has an old school Bali . I chose this resort mainly because it seemed to cater best for my two boys 5 & 7. Free kids...

Frankly, we chose Melia because it's much cheaper than the adjacent Laguna Resort, so I would not be too cynical about this one. The furniture was old, but overall it's clean and comfy. One thing I'd like to point out was that, apparently they have several group of maids in charge of different things. One morning we went out for...

Melia Bali is a massive hotel. We just spent 9 nights with our 3 children. Almost experienced a nasty accident as all rooms have a glass topped table that isn't stuck down so if it is leant on or has been slightly shifted from centre and someone sits something on it then it WILL fall. This happened in our room...

We had the pleasure of staying here after leaving a supposedly 5 star resort (really a 3.5) and this topped what we had just left. From check in to check out there was nothing to complain about, the staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you from the front desk to the pool staff, garden staff and anyone...
