Decided to score this top marks because the staff friendliness and service is beyond the norm and makes up for the slightly dated rooms that may need sprucing up in the near future. Location is superb for beach, walks and privacy and infinity pool is great for window shopping. Deserves the rating because it's such great value - we had...

Stayed for 7 days in garden view @ Ayodya Palace. It was good value of a scoupon voucher $1399 for 7 nights, 4 x massages, cocktails etc. Breakfast good. Genji tepenyaki delish. Most food just ok. Massive place, nice and quiet. Waiters need to be more observant and more service around pool area.

We stayed for 7 nights. This was our second time we booked this hotel through Scoopon deal, It's really good value for money. The Staffs were nice, friendly and helpful. We had an excellent room upgrade. This resort is huge, it has a big free form pool in the middle and a beautiful overlooking Indian ocean pool on the beach...

First of all, this is a huge resort! You almost could get lost on your way to the lobby. If not lost, tired for sure. The design is not so modern (like at St Regis for example), but I thought it was great since it has a traditional Balinese feeling. Therefore, my wife and I considered it to be worth...

I went to have dinner and listen to live band in Lagouna Restaurant. Ordered Potato curry with Pratha bread but received mashed potatoes with a vague curry taste inside an undercooked Pratha bread. Very very blah. Curry potato is NOT mashed potatoes, I'm sorry. Before that, I was given bread. But found one long hair in one of them.... Not...

This resort is great for those wanting to just chill at a resort or with families. A number of different pools are available and they are well maintained. There are also quite a number of venues for meals as these vary from something simple to something very nice. We stayed in the "Palace" which is a club like section of...

I booked a deluxe garden room that says it can fit maximum 3 adults and 2 kids. Meals included. When I checked in, I requested for a 2 beds setup. Guess what? They told me that the room is actually for 2 adults and they only have a room with a king size bed available. They also said I have...

We stayed for 7 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids. We used a Scoopon deal, which paid for itself plus more. Amazing value! It was such a lovely place to stay, it's an older resort, but well built and exceptionally clean. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We had a issue with some flying ants invading our room...
