We really enjoyed our stay at Akaya. The beds are very comfortable. Lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the bathroom. The rooms look out onto a peaceful courtyard and large pool. Conveniently located, walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.

I spent one month in this hotel and I can’t recommend this place enough. The room is beautiful, the pool is nice, the café serves great food, the location is perfect... but really what made my experience there so positive is the great staff. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Koming and Whan gave me plenty of recommandations on where to go in Sanur and Bali in general, and seing them always smiling would would cheer me up in the middle of my busy working days from my room. Thank you for making me feel home!

I loved this hotel. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The rooms are small but perfectly equipped with everything fully functioning and clean despite very low occpancy due to the pandemic. The pool is fantastic and cleaned daily. I love hotels that do water refill for drinking water, the cafe was great and I found myself really looking forward to breakfast in the morning : ) The only thing not working was the TV channels but this was the same in all the hotels I stayed in this trip - a pandemic money saving, completely understandable and I didn' t need it. I was also given a set of masks, hand san and wep wipes on arrival. Thanks, Akaya. Fully recommended pandemic and after.

I stayed for 6 nights and Akaya is a fantastic place. Lovely boutique hotel less than a year old. The reception is part of the ultra modern Dive Shop (owned by the same people). Rooms are delightful, the staff are brilliant and it is a quiet haven close to everything. Will definitely stay there again.
