Nestled amongst gracious homes and the Czech consulate at the southern end of Sanur lies the Astana. It's just a short walk to the beach where, when the wind is right, the locals get out their kites to fly and the Warungs selling Satès fire up their grills. The hotel grounds are small with the apartments lining each side of... More

Sometimes, score does not reflect the truth. And that is what happens here. I booked this hotel for 5 nights because I looked at the highs score, and what a regret it is. The good thing about this hotel is the size of the bathroom and the bed. Apart from these, i cannot find anything commendable. If you look at... More

I stayed here with my partner in May and I'm coming back in two weeks for a longer stay. It's nice and quiet..tucked in off the street for privacy. The staff are friendly and professional. A ten minute drive to restaurants and shops by taksi or they have a shuttle on request. Perfect if you hire a motor bike! The... More

The bathroom shower set up I'd one if the best I have seen, small kitchenette which is convenient, large bed and a nice size sofa and coffee table. I feel it to be good value for money although slightly out of the way if you do not have transport.

I might actually give them 4.5 (but since no half option, i'd go with 5). We only stay for a night since we got to change our plan suddenly. At we crashed here, book only from booking.com. We arrived tired and beat up and the check-in is finished in 3 minutes! We were takem to our room, air conditioned was... More

We only stayed one night so maybe they served us their worst but it was a terrible experience. Arrived shortly to book in and then go on a tour so when we actually entered the room it was late at night. The room appeared very clean but the mould stench was overwhelming. When daylight came you could see a line... More

Very pleasant stay, staff were all easy to deal with. As with most hotel had a couple of small issues with room , two minor isses were addressed quickly. Its a little out of the centre of sanur , but an easy walk which suited me. All in all really easy place to stay and room size would suit single... More

I stayed here for the Bali International Triathlon event for 3 nights. I was surprised by the room, which was quite big with a sofa and kitchen and still space for two bikes! The setting of the room was very simple yet soothing, with a terrace. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff was helpful. It is walking distance to... More
