This hotel is good value for money. It has a nice pool areas. The rooms were clean, but quite basic. Try not to stay near the conference room or in the rooms close to the main road as it can be quite noisy. The breakfast is worth having.

We stayed for the second time in Puri Dalem Hotel. In 2015 we stayed for 9 nights and now we booked for 19 night and this year we brought our daughter with us. The hotel was our home base for traveling on Bali. On the first day our welcome was warm and friendly. The staff is great and doing there...

On approaching this hotel it looks great, the gardens are nice, the pool looks cool and welcoming, the reception area has brochures about local sites and restaurants and the receptionist smiles politely. That's about where it ends. We were lead to our room which was dark and dingy and had an odd and very strong smell we couldn't put our...

The staff are great. Absolutely great! Breakfast was great. The room was ok. As the usual case with Bali the people stand out as the best part. Smiles and greetings the whole time. The pool was nice for a dip.

We stayed in two different rooms here, 346 or the ones at the back of the hotel are much nicer & newer than the ones at the front. Also no road noise! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pools were both lovely! Breakfast is some fresh fruit, toast, eggs & the Indonesian staples of fried noodles and rice which...

Overall this is a decent hotel and meets expectations for the price range (under $50 USD per night for a 2 person room). It is not (and doesn't claim to be) a luxury beach front property - so if that is what you are looking for it would be best to consider one of the many larger hotels along the...

The rooms and bathroom are old and need renovation, the garden is nice but needs some maintenance as well. The location is close to the beach (5 minutes) but the nearby beach is not exactly nice (see pic). Everything else is far away, you need a taxi to go to the center, if you are looking for a convenience store...
