What an amazing place! Words cannot describe out gorgeous bambu indah is! The food is by far the best we has during our 2 weeks in Bali! You can taste the organic freshness in every meal! make sure you take a stroll down to the river over the suspended bridge and down even further to the rice terraces- stunning! The...

Visited Bambu on the last night of our honeymoon and what a treat. The traditional menu and setting are beautiful, perfect for a romantic meal or a great dinner with close friends. The staff were friendly, attentive and able to recommend the right kind of meal to suit your mood and accommodate changes to spiciness, which was great. The food...

A truly special place. We stayed here in December (rainy season) in Afrika House - family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, ages 12 & 15. It has a great view and was very spacious. The bathroom is spectacular and the furnishings are what you would want in a Java bungalow. There was plenty of room for the roll...

My two sons (age 13) and I stayed at Bambu Indah in August 2014. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is in a beautiful setting. The view over the Sayan Ridge is spectacular. The entrance and reception area are like none you will see anywhere. The “lobby" is in a giant basket-woven curving organic space, adorned...

I love the hotel concept of sustainability. And each bungalow got their own character of the old house from Java.we also enjoy food that served at the restaurant because they used local product and fresh also tastes amazing

Bambu Indah is a really interesting experience. At first we were thrown off- we didn't realize how entirely rustic it would be! The huts are very very old Javanese wedding huts, creaky, full of holes. Very cool though- because it's all balanced with a high end hotel service. The linens are crisp and bright white, surrounded by huge flowing mesquito...

Bambu Indah is the Balinese version of Eden, a place that creative minds, gentle souls, environment-conscious couples and sophisticated travellers will love. There is very little I can add to the wide consensus shared on this and other sites. The Hardy family shows how much good taste, respect for the environment, responsible and sustainable acting can all work well together....

This hotel is one of the most unique ones in Bali...if you like something down to earth, eco-friendly, and green...this is absolutely your place...you will love everything about this hotel, just like me. The service was also exceptional, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't really say more about this hotel, therefore I took many pictures of it...

I want to give this 5, but two things let it down for us when we stayed last December. The first was the fact that we stayed here after a very long haul flight. We were very tired and weary and in need of about 14 hours solid sleep. Bambuh Indah would have been a better choice later on in...

The surroundings here, and the views are beautiful; make sure you take a walk down to the river - reception advise you it's too dangerous to do alone and encourage a guide, but this is not necessary. Food was amazing, and I had the best lunch in Bali here. The concept of eco-friendly is great- but taken to the extreme...
