After a hectic few weeks in Indonesia, it was wonderful to find a place to reconnect with nature and the countryside. This Hotel fitted the bill perfectly, the villas are spacious with fabulous views over this amazing property and the surrounding countryside. The staff are wonderful and we were served most meals on the terrace outside our villa, the staff...

Initially, it was quite difficult to locate due to small signs that are easily missed and our driver had to ask multiple people for directions. The accommodation is in a more secluded neighbouring area of Ubud and you'll need to take a 15 minute taxi to the main shops/restaurants in Ubud. But because of this the accommodation grounds have a...

We have been in Bali for two weeks and I booked this place, thinking that we would end our honeymoon trip with the best place. Not so. The rooms are expensive, and you would expect the best, but beneath the facade of absolute organic and green theme, the hotel rooms are basic - and i mean basic. It is also...

Dear PG N, Thank you for spending the time to share your feedback and advises to our attention. We are always welcoming guests reviews to ensure continuous improvements. We have been continually working on improving our overall hotel experience, comfort and service. Unfortunately, we could not change our room sizes but they are very variable, from 17 square meters to...

We didnt stay in their lovey bamboo bungalows just came to eat and explore. This place is incredibly designed, serene, and situated with a spectacular view of the mountains and river. Individual bungalows are nestled in the trees surrounded by organic gardens. Restaurant is covered but completely open to the views. Menu was simple, indonesian and western. Beef burgers were...

Truly, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed in all of my travels around the world. I stayed in the smallest of the houses (Kuda House), and it was definitely a bit cramped and dark, but there is absolutely no reason to stay in the room at any point, anyway. The staff were all incredibly kind,...

I stayed at Bambu Indah for 8 nights on a solo trip to recharge in between 2 very stressful business trips in Asia. I've never felt more at peace. I stayed for 8 nights and split my stay between 2 houses because of availability. Both were incredible. Although Bali has many site and activities to offer, I have to confess,...

Bambu Indah was the first place that I experienced in Bali and it could not have been more perfect. The grounds are a complete sanctuary and the staff was incredible. I stayed in the Padi and Elora house and couldn't have been happier with my accommodations. The staff was incredible especially Diane who was instrumental in my experience. I will...

My boyfriend and I loved our two night stay at Bambu Indah. The concept and grounds are inspiring and give you the feeling that you are part of nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The houses are all unique, carefully decorated and feel alive and part of the surrounding environment. I recommend Elora house for the big, bright...

This hotel is all of those things that all the reviews say. But here's something to add to the usual superlatives. On approaching (at least) $300 a night for the smaller rooms, i really think they should sturdy up the floors, and put in airconditioning that works. Yes i know its old-style and i get that. But the floors are...
