After being a local customer for years of the Kakiang Bakery, we were trying there new restaurant. Service is just sad, took forever, got it wrong,... Food is of a taste I am not familiar with. Egg mayonnaise baguette is a half open baguette with egg mayonnaise but completely covered in molten cheese... Very strange... Plus the hot cheese turned...

Yet another example of a potentially superb property which is resting on its laurels, and is well past its sell by date through negligent management. Wifi is virtually unusable - do NOT stay here if you need to be connected, there are no coffee and tea facilities and the bedding is minimalist. The rooms themselves are spacious and well kept,...

The room was spacious and amenities were surprisingly complete: toothbrushes, cotton pads, cotton buds, hairdryer, large and small towels, a legit towel rack, full body mirrors, coffee maker, etc. Enough to make life comfortable. Slept like a rock in my 3 nights here. Breakfast could be simpler; the system of choosing your breakfast menu and hanging the paper on your...

We went there for our honeymoon. Standard room was poor (dirty, old / outdated furniture, no TV, old bath room and amenities) so we upgraded to Premier room. It was spacious, modern, complete TV, iPod Dec, DVD player were available.Clean and modern spacious shower room and bed room. Good extensive breakfast (room service) were served. The hotel have a bakery shop and they did provide afternoon tea at 3pm-5pm for customer who stay at their hotel. The swiss roll was very tasty. I and my husband love it the most. The cons is the...

Booked 2 villas for 5 people. However, the 2 villas only accommodated a maximum of 4 people. The villa has an extra sofa bed which serves just another comfortably as seen in the photos. Yet the staff adamantly refused to accept another young adult for the booking. We were happy to pay extra for another's breakfast but not for another...

We stayed in Villa 1. Very nice. Good, friendly service. "Afternoon tea", whilst complimentary, should be described as "tea and cake" - which is fine. Breakfast served outside our room in front of the pool - lovely.

These bungalows (rooms in a building) were in a very good location. If yoga is something to want to do while in Ubud, the yoga barn is just down the street. There are a number of great restaurants and shops near by. Monkey forest road is a 3 minute walk. The hotel itself offers a nice comp. breakfast. The rooms...
