The service was incredible. The main building, rooms and utilities were all absolutely beautiful. Staff were so kind and helpful, they anticipated our every need and went to great lengths to accommodate us. The food was also very good and we paid for a photoshoot at the hotel which was also very worth it. Special thanks to Mila who handled our booking at check in and Irfan the photographer who's service was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

Adiwana Unagi is a beautifully decorated boutique resort that gave us wonderful service and experience from the moment we arrived until leaving the resort. I can recommend you all to stay at the villa, it’s huge and offers you an open-air bathtub surrounded with Balinese garden. Tejas Spa is also a must visit place when you are staying here, a perfect combination between jungle & river ambience with skilled therapist will seduce your senses. Their breakfast was amazing, it’s tasty and made by fresh ingredients. Another thing that is not to be missed is their coffee, highly recommended.

We stayed at Adiwana Unagi Suites for 3 nights in a pool access room and really enjoyed it. The grounds are stunning. The rooms are large, clean, well-kept, luxurious and have everything you need. The timber, carvings, bamboo and painted murals give the modern room a traditional feel. The service here is friendly, warm and welcoming. There are little extras showcasing Balinese culture which we loved…complimentary afternoon tea (on the top deck at Sky Lounge) which changed daily and includes portions of traditional Balinese cakes/snacks, there are local, exotic fruits in your room, we received a delivery each evening that included delicious biscuits along with printed information on different aspects of Balinese culture. Breakfasts/dinners/poolside snacks are all beautifully presented and delicious and Sky Lounge was our favourite spot to relax at sunset or after dinner with a cocktail. The spa makes the most of the tropical jungle with waterfall setting and the experience is bliss. The one thing that may not suit everyone is there are lots of stairs here!…

It was wonderful and mesmerizing experience for me and my husband. Our villa was amazing. Especially the private pool. Adiwana suites offer you flower bathtub and floating breakfast as well. We experienced both and we are totally satisfied by the service. Atmosphere is amazing and we strongly recommend for couples to have their honeymoon here. Our deepest gratitutes to adiwana unagi staff. They were so helpful and their hospitality was great.

We are mesmerized with the atmosphere and totally satisfied by the hospitality of staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We had our honeymoon and it was wonderful. I strongly recommend to married couples to experience the suites. Especially private pool in villas. That was insane. Thank you for your good service.

Gede is a very gentelman the hotel is very very luxy and good the pool is wonderful the food and chicha was exellent is a good plan to go their alone or with family you cant be bored there because is very sweet to stay there

The whole resort is beautiful, not far from the city centre but very calm and chill. The staff are so kind and helpful always pay attantion to their customers. The breakfast is so delicious and elys kitchen's food is amazing.

Rooms are amazing and clean, staff are so welcoming and friendly. I have travelled to many countries and this has to be one of the best hotels I have been to. There is a free shuttle buggy to the centre which takes 2-3 minutes. I ate at the restaurant, had a dirty burger and WOW it was amazing and relatively cheap. I will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff you made our holiday something we will never forget. P.S the floating breakfast went down well with the wife.
