Lovely resort outside the busyness of Ubud central. Shuttle goes at scheduled times. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms fabulous and spacious. Loved the outside bathroom. The sitting area is out the front of the room so no private space which for me was the only downside. The pool was nice although we were surprised that the lounges were pretty much full. Adiwana Unagi Suites is a dream-come-true resort. The location is very close to ubud city centre (5mins by car) and the resort provides free suttle services at specific timings. The resort is in the middle of the Balinese nature and the hotel itself is in perfect harmony with it. As we checked in, we were personally assisted by the Resort Director Mr.Bisena and by the Front Office Manager Mr. Cigana. They, along with the extraordinary Front Office Team (Mr.Edo, Miss.Lena) welcomed us to the resort with a delicious and healthy welcome drink and explained us all about the resort. They really took care of us and made us feel like at home. They also assisted us with recommendations about where to go and what to visit.
We had most of our dinners at the resort’s restaurant Ely’s Kitchen, where the food is not only delicious and exceptionally presented but also very healthy. The menu offered very many different dishes. The restaurant staff was also outstanding, and made sure we were enjoying our dinner and stay in Bali. Thank you very much to Dodik, Anka, Cinthia, Kodek and Komang.
The infrastructure is fantastic, with a beautiful infinity pool just in front of the jungle. There were free si beds and complimentary drinks too.
The housekeeping team also did a great job, every time they cleaned our room we felt as if it was the first day! They also did a fantastic turdown service.
Last but not least, a big thank you to the fantastic Tejas SPA team, Iluh Diana, Wina and Coustiari. They customized our treatments and after the massages we felt completely Renewed and fresh.
To sum up, the hotel is incredibly beautiful, authentic and new and the staff is excellent.
I definetely recommend Adiwana Unagi Suites as the first choice for staying in Bali.

The room is pretty spacious and the combination of the colors of the furnitures is excellent. We had our jungle view room- love the view! Adiwana Unagi gave us hand sanitizer, alcohol swab and masks in the room, which was so thoughtful during this pandemic era. The breakfast - So good! We rent a bike to go around during the day, have to say that the location is perfect, not too far yet too close with the center. Reachable.
The customer service is 10/10, they are fast response and very friendly.

We stayed in Adiwana for 3 nights and I can honestly say that if I ever come back to Bali I’ll definitely come back to this hotel. It was stunning and sparkling clean. The rooms were spacious and omg the bathroom outside was just dreamy. Instagram worthy. We stayed in a room that had bathroom outside so when you were taking shower or bath you could watch the stars. How romantic! The pool was picturesque, located in the jungle. Looks just like on the photos. But I think the best part was the staff. We were treated so amazingly by literally everyone. Super helpful front desk that helped us with shuttles, booked spa for us and organized surprise bday cake for my friend as celebrating her birthday was main part of this trip. Restaurant staff was always so sweet, with our breakfasts and afternoon tea service. And housekeeping was doing amazing job with cleaning and doing the turnover in the evening. I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed staying there. Thank you to the entire stuff for making us feel so special during those 3 days. Oh and we also had a clothing brekkie with complimentary photoshoot.. like can it get any better..? Very much recommending!

We stayed in Ubud for four nights at Adiwana Unagi Suites and it was the best decision we made whilst our trip to Bali! The hotel was AMAZING! All the staff were very welcoming and friendly all the time and also accommodating with food as we are vegetarians. The hotel is very close to Ubud centre and offers a free shuttle back and forth to the centre. The hotel is also in a good location as there is lots to do nearby such as the monkey sanctuary, Bali swing and Talallagang Rice terraces, which you can just get a grab taxi to easily using the app. The suite (our room) was very big, clean and comfy and it was cleaned daily. Staff took time to give information of the area and explain tours they offer (especially Dharma who was great!) Our board was bed and breakfast and breakie was available anytime during the day which was helpful and they were flexible with changing the options to suit our dietary requirements with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Ubud as there’s not a single bad thing I can say about it! Thanks to everyone there ☺️

Wow, so satisfying with everything. First time staying in Ubud by choosing Adiwana Unagi Suites. Family vacation became very pleasant and satisfying with the service, cleanliness, beauty, and friendliness of all hotell staff, resort manager Mr. Bisena also provided the best service by directly welcoming guests, really felt very appreciated with such service. As for thanks also to Lena and Eka for serving very well and friendly when registering to taking them to the room. Thank you also to all the friendly staff who served my children well. The location of the hotel is far from noise, the environment is clean, the view for photos is also very good, there is a private pool villa which is perfect for family time, not inferior to promos at the restaurant and spa, and by applying very careful health protocols, I along with the family feels very clean both from the room and the hotel area, don't forget to always provide hand sanitizer and masks to guests, it's really amazing. Unfortunately can only stay 2 days 1 night, in the future we will stay again, we want to try staying in a different type of room again, because all the reviews say all room types are very good, so curious hehe. Adiwana Unagi is a relatively new resorts in Ubud, very clean and the promo price for the one bedroom villa is well worth it. We are trully impressed by the size of the room and bathroom. The bathroom is very luxurious and spacious. The bed is super comfy and wide. The working station is also very useful because my kids are still doing online school. The choices for breakfast are limited, yet fulfilling enough and we are happy guests. We ate our bfast in the rooftop of the restaurant, nice view and open air. The staffs are super friendly and very accommodative towards our needs. Adiwana Unagi also gave us free photo session with the professional photographer. The photos came out to be very satisfying and we purchased more of them at a very reasonable price. All success for Adiwana team, their hospitality amaze us.

We stayed at the pool villa and everything was just perfect, interior, cleanliness and the vibes, lighting of the room. Breakfast was ala carte but the portion was just enough for us, being able to have our breakfast at the villa made us feel so much safer during this pandemic era. High tea could be improved due to some of them tasted a bit bland or just too starchy, presentation was beautiful though. All staff were very helpful and friendly, attended to our needs immediately making our stay was even more comfortable. Will definitely recommend our friends and relatives to stay at Adiwana Unagi. We personally find Adiwana Unagi one of the best resorts in Ubud with relatively reasonable price.

I stayed at Adiwana Unagi Suites at Club Room on January 18th-19th 2020. It was wonderful as the overall service was outstanding! When I first arrived, they gave me a glass of their signature welcome drink made of tamarind blended with chili. It was surprisingly good! The staffs were very helpful. They explained what the welcome drink was made of, what are the facilities in the property, and also the facilities inside our room. The room was very spacious and even better than the ones in pictures, unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the room to attach. Their breakfast was great! I ordered Nutella Crepes and Nasi Campur Sate Lilit. The appearance were great and it taste super good! Especially the Nasi Campur Sate Lilit! However, they should consider to install a towel hanger in the bathroom as we don’t have it in our room. Overall, it was wonderful and I would gladly recommend this property to anyone who are going to have some good time in a good property in Ubud. I will definitely choose this property in my next visit to Ubud.

Thank you Dharma for an amazing stay. We were wowed by the Adiwana team’s hospitality from check in to check out, tending to our every need. We were thoroughly pampered
Room was very spacious with a king bed, large outdoor bathroom equipped with double sink, rainshower with 3 simultaneous settings, bathtub and toiletries.
Villa also had a lovely outdoor lounge and dining area with kitchenette and private pool. Great for room service or take out dinners.
Our highlights were the daily cookies and a resident frog (very innocuous) that would visit every now and then, quietly chilling on top of the huge bathroom mirror. He helped keep us safe from mozzies. Sadly, we didn’t get to say goodbye to Fred the Frog when we checked out, but Dharma and his team gave us a warm farewell to round off our lovely trip to Ubud.

Hi - as far as I know, everyone has access to the pool. It is in an open area. Towels are available at the pool for free use and you can have food and drinks delivered to the pool.
PS The spa near the pool is fantastic. If you go, make a point of going.
There are more places to choose from in the Ubud area.
