Cool hostel with really good communal areas to chill and meet people. Food is good but tiny portions and overpriced, beer is cheaper if you drink outside the hostel bar too. Good vibe all round and super cheap scooter rental for 50,000 per day. The pool is pretty nasty though, and no A/C in some rooms so it gets reeeally...

I was skeptical because it's been 10 years since I've stayed in a hostel. Pleasantly surprised. Great packages-we did the volcano hike that starts at 2am. Difficult hike, should definitely be in shape. Wish I had worn lifting gloves to protect the palms of my hands. 6 beds in the room. Lockers to rent with a refundable deposit. Bath towels...

i wound up staying here 8 nights spread out over a few visits to ubud. the rooms are pretty bare bones (especially the larger dorms) but the atmosphere is extremely social and there are tons of different comfortable spots to hang out. the staff does seem a little over it but i wouldn't call them rude by any means. nice...

This hostel is huge. I still managed to have a really good time here. They seem to charge for every small thing and it feels like the staff don't really trust the guests. That being said, I'm sure they've had some very unfortunate guests in the past. Pool was nice but could've used a good clean. Nice place to meet...

Nice hostel with a really good atmosphere. It was clean but we stayed in a 7 person room that = had no AC. Staff could have been a bit friendlier and the food isn't great. Really nice to have a pool area and there are loads of little spots to hide away a read your book. In general if I...

In da lodge was a nice little tucked away stay, right by the hussle and bussle of ubud, which is perfect for anyone looking for a chilled stay near the centre. They offered excursions and bike hire at a decent price and food. We got the pizza, wasn't the best in the world but it was delivered from somewhere else!...

Everything about In Da Lodge was just okay. The staff, the location, the rooms, cleanliness. We arranged a car to pick us up from the airport that never showed, they blasted music by the pool as we tried to sleep even though no one was even out there, staff had extremely loud conversations right outside our windows in the early...

In Da Lodge was an okay place for a few nights. Expect a lot of noise at night, the staff sat outside our room and talked for a long time. The walls are thin, so you'll be woken up. Our room wasn't very clean when we arrived, and the room is very basic. It's cheap, which is a plus, but...

This is the worst place we stayed during our month long trip to Indonesia. The staff, including the manager, are ridiculously rude. They made a fuss about charging us for a glass of hot water. Our room was out of power for 2 days and little attempt was made to fix it or even apologise for the inconvenience. It's cheap...

I have never stayed at a hostel where staff are so rude and dismissive - the manager being one of the worst!! The staff are also infuriatingly slow! The food is overpriced and average (you will find a lot nicer places elsewhere for the same price and a lot of people were getting ill from the food). They also tried...
