Very friendly staff, helped us with every question we had, helped us with booking our trips and on specific times they could drive us for free. Room was clean but it did smell a bit bad at first but after we run the fan and opend the door it was good. Food is good! Part from that it took a...

We got experience to stay in a budget hotel, Kertiyasa Bungalow, in Ubud. Its location is very close to Monkey Forest, only few minutes by walking. The manager, Mr. Kadek, is a pleasant person. He helped our arrangement. We loved the tropical garden and greenery. Also the restaurant with its unique lamps and delicious food. Many guests from other hotels...

The staff really go above and beyond here! We arrived at around 6pm after travelling all day and wanted to go straight to bed. When we arrived, they had received a fax from our sunrise trek that we had scheduled for 3am the next morning to reconfirm the details. When we woke up for our 3am trek, there was a...

We went for the seccond time 3 nights to the Kertiyasa Bungalow Resort in Ubud and again it was a great stay!! Kertiyasa is located in a calm area close to Monkey Forest but away from hectic Ubud centre... We had a superior room wich had a great terrace looking over the fantastic garden and pool! The restaurant of Kertiyasa...

This little place is really excellent value for money, but has just one really troubling aspect. The positive first: The Bungalows are set in a gorgeous, well kept garden. It cost me Rp600,000 per night in high season. My welcome drink was freshly made a delicious. I had a room on the ground floor at the back of the grounds....

This hotel is located on the far side of the monkey forest and on a map is very close. In the day time it's a lovely walk. If you plan evening meals in ubud and you don't fancy walking along a dark lane with monkeys roaming you will either have to get the shuttle bus back at 10 pm from...

The pool, the garden and the restaurant were ok. But the rooms are very dark and old. The place is close to a construction. Some corners of the Hotel are depressing and shabby. We don't recommend this place at all.

Last time we were in Ubud we stayed at Alam Shanti. We ate at Kertiyasa Bungalows several times and resolved to stay next time we came to town... So I booked the deluxe room - a two storey free standing bungalow, the most "expensive" room at the hotel at $75 US a night. The building is impressive but old and...

We discovered this nice hotel that is not in the center but very well connected by hotel-taxi or a direct road through the monkey forest! The rooms are clean and perfect and the service is very kind. Very good breakfast and price (it is very cheap)

Nice location, on the south side of Monkey Forest (only a couple of hundred metres from) which is away from the really busy parts of Ubud. However, it was still very noisy at night time and we found it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff are quite helpful, and the restaurant on-site is also good. The pool...
