Excellent service from first step we arrived. The teams are smiling and greeting us almost all the time. The room is large with really comfortable bed. We sleep like a baby! We love also the bathtub and view from our balcony. The special thing here is the breakfast and afternoon tea. We can choose our own time for breakfast. We can enjoy our breakfast and afternoon tea in our balcony, in restaurant or in poolside. They also have shuttle to center Ubud. Our 2-nights here are really excellent and unforgettable.

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The service was always helpful and friendly. Best thanks to Puspa, Lina & Dewa! The rooms were very clean and modernly furnished. I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is great. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax as it’s located outside the busy roads of Ubud, but at the same time it is conveniently close to all major sightseeing spots. The staff was super friendly, were always smiling and made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and pleasant with a nice balcony overlooking the garden with the pool. They offer snacks and water in the room which are being refilled daily. They have a la carte breakfast with a variety of options and a nice restaurant that plays live music every night. They offer a pre-dinner complimentary cocktail and complimentary coffee and snack every evening. Housekeeping passed by one evening and gave us home made cookies which was a nice gesture. I also had an amazing Balinese massage at their spa facilities. Only two minor cons: 1) the room does not have a stand for the luggage so you have to put it on the floor, 2) the service at the restaurant was slow at times. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and will def stay at this hotel again in my next visit to Bali.…

This was for me the best hotel during my trip in Bali! The staff was super helpul and nice and everything was just perfect. The pool area was relaxing and they are offering many activities as well. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in a private Villa and the pool area was much larger than expected. As soon as you arrive the staff greet you with a smile and nothing is too hard or too much for them. The customer service is one of the best we have ever experienced. The Villa is new and clean and they really make your experience here so romantic. We arrived to a hand written message on our bathroom mirror and indulged in a romantic dinner that really makes you feel like a princess. We cannot rate this hotel enough. We will definitely be back again.

The room was clean and airy, whilst the hotel was an oasis of calm in the madness of Ubud. Both my husband and I were heartbroken to check out today. We have never experienced service like it, Yurian welcomed us on the first day like family and it was the little things like always remembering our names and remembering what we had planned to do for the day that made us feel at home. The staff were extremely attentive, without being overbearing. We left to go to Mount Batur at 2am and the host advised our room would be serviced while we were out. We would completely recommend a stay here.
