Stayed here for a night only as friends and I were going for Mount Batur the next day. Staffs were okay, friendly enough. Unfortunately, since the other property next to it was also building its place, we got so bothered by the workers and the noise at that time. Complaint a bit to the management asking if we could be...

Positives: good central location within easy walking distance of all major attractions. Quite a pleasant layout of the accommodation units running down a slope alongside rice fields. Two good sized swimming pools. Negatives: accommodation is in the form of a 2 level unit in a Balinese style with bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Narrow wooden staircase which is a challenge...

We stayed with our 4 yo grandson who loved the pool and goldfish ponds throughout property. We were impressed with the overall service but we did have a few communication issues. Rooms very clean and serviced daily but towels were more grey than white. Dirty duck diner 5 min stroll away (separate review) and monkey forest a good 20 min...

The location of the resort is amazing, right within the rice fields. Rooms are clean and have a bath and shower. It's a 5 minute walk to where the shops and restaurants start and a 10 minute walk to the monkey forest and art market. It's nice and quiet and in my opinion better than to stay right in the...

On arrival, our room smelt a bit odd. I went for a hair wash and blow dry, I cannot begin to express just how truly horrific the whole experience was. The girl was scratching and pulling my hair, she was even slapping my head at one point! I don't usually like to complain but my eyes were watering with pain...

I am writing this review over a year late. We stayed here January 2014. I'm glad we chose Ubud as it was rainy season and it rained most days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was in a good location... walk down to the corner and you're on the main drag of Ubud. Breakfast provided was basic but nice....

Biyukukung is a good and charming hotel. The staff is friendly and willing to help you with any of your concerns. Though, the breakfast is not exactly what I call a decent breakfast, that's why it only gets three stars from me. Price worthy and with two good pools.

Location is very strategic in the heart of Ubud but yet the view of the hotel is stunning. Me and my friends booked 2 rooms, one deluxe, one suite (got upgraded). Both rooms are immaculately clean and have that homey feeling. The suite especially is very nice and has its own "bale bengong" (small balinese joglo). I would recommend this...

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights over Bali New Year. The location was OK but the room was basic with the sheets grey white and towels very old. The door of the shower got stuck on the floor. The hotel gardens overlooked rice paddy fields but it made the hotel long and narrow which meant you had to...
