I got a 10 nights stay in Arsa HomeStay from my gorgeous friends, as a Christmas present. After Kuta Beach intense energy, and a few days dengue symptoms, I immediately fell in love with this beautiful homestay. I had a lovely, romantic room with bathroom (daily cleaning service included). The room comes with breakfast, which you got served on your...

A nice clean 3 room homestay (one a/c room) conveniently located just off Hanoman Street in the center of Ubud opposite the exceptional Kafe restaurant. The rooms in the family compound are tradionally built and furnished, with modern bathrooms. There are no frills as you would expect, but the wifi is quite good. The owner (Bagus) offers a taxi service...

This place was fantastic. Run by two brothers and their family, I had a large, super clean private room in their complex where they lived. In Bali, often families live in a walled complex (I think they called them "compounds") and each family has their own small house and there is also a little temple. The gardens,, temple, and attitude...

Clean and quiet place with a good location, we've paid $15AU a night with decent breakfast included (quality varied through the days) but mostly well presented, we've rented a scooter for $5AU a day. Host are not the friendliest but definitely worth checking out on a limited budget.

Arsa is in the heart of Ubud but fairly quiet. The few rooms are clean and spacious, although the bathroom could use a little update. There are some ants in the room at times but nothing to be bothered about. However, for similar prices, many other guesthouses also offer breakfast, while here it's an additional 20 rupee and not particularly...

We stumbled upon Arsa homestay when our pre booked accommodation in Ubud fell through - and we're so glad it did! We were welcomed into the home with a warm greeting and a pot of tea. We had our own building to stay in, the architecture of which was beautiful, with ornate carved wooden doors leading into our room and...

I really liked this home stay. It's a bit out of the way of he center but it's depends on what your after. It's very quite but other backpackers stay here mainly long term. We stayed for 3 nights then extended to five. We hired the brother of the family for a day to drive us around to lots of...

I decided to stay at Arsa due to the affordable price and great reviews. I was not disappointed. I was going to Ubud as a solo traveler for a bit of a personal health retreat. I just wanted to relax, feel safe where I stayed, be in a friendly environment yet have my own space and be close to yoga...
