We stayed 4 nights in the resort, we had a nice room with double beds, at the end of the resort but the hotel offers an electric car to carry luggages and guests. The rooms and bathroom are big and well equipped (no hairdryer). There are 2 nice swimming pools surrounded by green and coconuts trees. Perfect place to relax....

Does exactly what it says on the tin! An amazingly located hotel near the monkey park and not far from the town. Easily located too. Relaxing stay with nice staff. We only stayed the 1 night but it was enough to chill and enjoy the breakfast. The rooms where clean, great space and a nice balcony out to the centre...

Nice hotel just a few hundred meters from the main road in Ubud. It feels as if you live in the rural outskirts of a very busy town (Ubud) as the hotel is situated besides some rice fields. Although this is rapidly changing. It is one of the many nice hotels in Ubud, so even in the high season there...

Good price, centrally located. Well maintained and beautiful surrounds. Good value for money. Everything within walking distance. Close enough for a nice walk through the rice fields and to the Monkey Forest.

The sink was choked. I asked the hotel staff to look at it but they never check and do their job. The aircon was not cold and water leaking at night. Again I ask maintenance guy to check but he seems like not sure how to do it, I have to show him the YouTube and not sure he understand....

Room sizes are good with excellent balconies & excellent staff service, be sure to get a room near the road if you have low fitness on slopes. A bit musty but was rainy season so...

Staff is very very friendly! A pleasure to stay here! Frontdesk is very helpfull! Rooms are ok, with clamboo, bathroom a bit smelly sometimes, but ok! Ask for rooms in the front near reception . In the back it is a long steep walk! Price/ quality = ok!

The hotel has good location - right at Ubub center, nice staff. However the room is very old, all white blankets & towels are not white any more. Bathroom is very old. The worst thing is wifi, it is so poor. I normally cant do anything with it. Breakfast are good but not many choices, only a few dishes.

I'm giving this resort and Spa 3 stars because the grounds are beautiful, the staff are friendly and it's in the centre but other than that I'm slightly disappointed. The bed sheets were dirty all week, the mattress is less comfortable than a prison cell floor and I saw a mouse in the restaurant which the staff didn't care about...

This hotel faces Jl Monkey Forest and Jl Bisma so the grounds are extensive with 2 pools. Comfortable rooms w tv, AC, jug, hot n cold water, toiletries. Substantial breakfast and lovely resto. Badly designed light switches as you have to enter the dark room or bathroom to use the switches. Asked housekeeping for an extra clothes drying rack as...
