This is a cosy hotel a few kilometers beyond Ubud. The shuttle goes twice a day to the city. The rooms are big but dark. The staff is very helpful and nice. They cook for you any time you wish. There is a pool in the beautiful garden. Perfect place to relax in a jungle surroundings.

Nice little hotel in a very peaceful part of Ubud (although there are a few roosters next door, like most of Bali!). Friendly staff, yummy breakfast, spotless pool and garden and gorgeous location for a massage with the sound of the river below and cicadas chirping. Not the most glamorous place to stay but certainly can't complain for the price....

We selected the place for its tranquility, its bali building style and few cottages, so it lived up to it very well. The small restaurant offeref the included breakfast as a pancake, american or indonesian breakfast. We went for banana juice instead of orange with turned out almost a milkshake. Lunch and dinner turned out quite fine ( rendang and...

If you want to relax and have a quiet time, this hotel is all you're asking for: friendly staff, stunningly quiet with nicely equipped rooms and a spa that includes the relaxing sounds of a waterfall.

In general our stay in Bunga Permai was very disappointing experience. The only good thing in Bunga Permai was the internet conection: 1. The staff was NOT AT ALL friendly or even helpful…they were very grumpy all the time. 2. They steal!! We gave our laundry in the morning and they said it will be ready after a few hours....

Stayed at Bunga Permai in October 2014. The hotel is very quiet with an amazing view, it’s well maintained and the customer service is excellent. Bunga Permai is about 10 minutes’ drive from the main shopping district. The highlight of the hotel is definitely its pool area, sun tanning, super clean, right beside the dining area, and an amazing view....

This is a quaint little hotel outside of Ubud that would be ideal for someone who wants a little quiet. Since it is set back from the road so you don't hear the constant drone of motorbikes. Rooms are good-sized & functional in the Bali style with no frills. The staff is pleasant & helpful but they seem to live...

This is a very cute hotel with villa style rooms that incorporate traditional Balinese décor. Good size room and big bed with bug netting. However, I found the bathroom to be a bit dated and the toilet facilities lacked a bidet spray. There's an infinity pool and restaurant with a view that peers off into the forest yonder. The food...
