We spent 2 nights at this hotel on 15-17Sept'21, booked 2 superior rooms.
We were not allowed to use the parking lot in the building. Every time we wanted to enter the parking lot, we must first argue with the security guards. Building security is controlled by a team of security guards from the apartment (hotel and apartment in one building), and as a hotel guests they always says the parking lot in the building is always full (which is we found that's not true), and we have to park the car outside of the building (not safe), we complain this to the hotel but they do nothing. I think they don't have coordination between apartment and hotel.
The room quite old, no liquid soap provided, we have to asked and they gave you "shampoo" (the little container was written Shampoo)" which is they said it is soap.. LOL. The aircon external unit was so noisy (we did not complain about this). TV Channel very limited, boring stations... I think its time for them to improve/renovte the room and the bathroom.
Anyway the hotel location is good, seaside but no beach. lots of foods surrounding.
Certainly will never come back to this hotel...

stayed at this hotel for the whole week during my stay in Manado and I was pleased! Room was great, spacious and clean, view was the best! although the wifi connection at the room can be improved. The hotel is located at a strategic area. The area is not too crowded, perfect to enjoy the morning while walking around and enjoying the sunrise by the sea. Moreover, there is a supermarket and a good seafood restaurant nearby! The staffs were very warm and helpful too, when we had an issue at our room, the staff came quickly to fix it.
