I was looking for places to stay in such a peak season, and fortunately GK Hotel still had empty rooms for me. The price 400K for twin bed room is okay for a TV-room with clean and spacious bathroom. However the price 125K for extra bed is quite pricey for me. One tip, don't stay here if you're easily disturbed...

Friendly staff, good food, very clean room. The only thing is it has no elevator. If we have big luggage then it will be a problem. Nevertheless, the staff helped to carry my luggage down stairs and upstairs. Free wifi in the room is an added advantage.

we were shown to a twin room, but went for a queen sized bed without realising quite how small the room was. It was fine though, and cheaper. Sweet staff, but not much English. Beware of ticking the box to pay with credit card, you can't. Good breakfast, noisy mosque, free water dispensers. I would stay again, except for the...

Although this hotel's focus is more on local tourists, the staff was very friendly and did the best they can to offer us a nice stay. We stayed one night in a pleasant bright clean room. I would have rated this hotel five stars if it wasn't that close to a mosque. The wake up call early in the morning...

Booked this hotel as all the others were full. The location is okay, reasonable walking distance from all interesting places, food, market etc... The hotel is clean but our room was way too small (we had two luggages and couldn't find enough room for us 2 + our stuff), even the queen size bed barely fits in there when the...

I just stayed for 1 night. I booked for 2 standard rooms and every room had 1 extra bed. The hotel and rooms was so clean and modern. What I really like is the bathroom was quite large. And the location is so strategic. It's just 5 minutes walk to jam gadang and market. And it's just 10 minutes walk...
